Hi, Gail!

Count me in as well. I had 2 punch card coupons just burning a hole in my computer, so I used one to purchase "Salem Secrets". I skipped the astrology puzzle because I didn't want to waste my entire hour on one puzzle, so now I can start over and take my time. I bought "Vampire Secrets" and loved it, so I'm hoping this one will turn out to be just as good.

I'm waiting until December to purchase MCF because I have 3 games left to buy in November and wanted to use up my 2 punch card coupons, but I played the demo and enjoyed it very much.

Is there anything I can do to change the game to window mode? When I click on it, it says it does not support it. Any help would be appreciated.

My resolution is set to 1024 x 768. I use a 22" flat screen.

Hi, Rozanne!

You won't be disappointed. It's quite a lengthy game; the storyline is wonderful; the puzzles can be skipped; and, the hint button recharges quickly.

Have fun!

I just finished this game. It was GREAT! I played as slowly as possible to make it last.

Tammy, I had trouble making my cursor interact with HOs near the edge of the screen, so I changed my resolution to 1152 x 864 and the game worked fine. Good luck. It's a really good game.

I've really been enjoying this game. But came up with a problem today. As those who have played the game are aware, there are some Inventory items that are composed of multiple pieces that have to all be found before the item can be used. I did the hidden object scene in the mine and got the window telling me that I should have the bag of gunpowder. But it isn't showing up in my Inventory as one of the pieces that has been found. I did download an update this morning and was hoping that I didn't run into any of the technical problems that others seem to be having.

I'm looking in the Big Fish forums for this game and I'm not seeing any announcement that there has been an update. There was an update released recently for Lost Chronicles: Salem. Am I just not seeing an update announcement for Hidden Mysteries: Salem Secrets?

Oops. You're right Marian. It was the other Salem game that was updated.

Anyone else having a problem with the rope needed on pully to get bucket out of the well? I've played through twice. The rope is part of the ho scene at the gallows, but doesn't go into my inventory.

I really enjoy mornings. I just wish they came later in the day.

If you pick up the rope, it immediately becomes part of the pulley; so, if you have the pulley in your inventory as a completed item, you've already used the rope to assemble it.

Do you by any chance have a pulley in your inventory as a completed item? wave12
