Thanks for the heads up. My HP has been most clunky lately with crashes and I remember doing something with AVG. Will take it in. That's a shame AVG has always been reliable. Has anyone used NOD32? They like it.

I'm sticking with my Microsoft Security Essentials. Thank heavens my 87 year-old mother has XP - hopefully they won't hose that up. What a disaster.
