There's no telling what's wrong with an error message like that, is there?

What OS do you have? According to the FAQ in the Conspiracies website at
http://www.anima-ppd.com/
Conspiracies II runs best with Windows 7, which suggests they did most of their beta testing on Windows 7.

They also recommend at least 512 MB of video RAM but give 128 MB as a minumum of video RAM. If you have less than the recommended 512 MB, you may have to turn down game options to keep the game stable (assuming the game menu has options).

If that's true, let's hope they make a patch.
They do advertise it as working on XP as well as Vista, but say it's most stable on Windows 7.

Jenny100,I could live with that if I save every 10 minutes so I don't loose all my progress. Never know when it's going to crash.

Right click on My Computer icon, click on Properties and this will tell which OS system (32 or 64) you have and which SP you have installed.

If it doesn't say, then it's 32-bit.
Very few people have 64-bit XP.
You can try updating your video drivers and see if that helps.

Since you have XP, you could also try reducing audio acceleration. Doing that has helped stop crashes in other games.

You can try the way in ***Inferno's General Drill***

Quote:
Start--> Run--> Type: DXDIAG--> up comes your DirectX Control Panel. Let it load and then select Sound. Move the slider as you wish to achieve the effect or correct the problems with your game.
