Hi fellow boomers,
Has anyone unlocked the pictures section of thier game yet ? I have finished the game and there are a few pics unlocked,but I think that is because of normal gameplay. I hope someone can help. I've tried to take a few pics of (mostly) people and the cursor would turn red but he would have an excuse not to take a picture. Thanks for any help I can get.

Darn, am I supposed to be taking pictures during this game? I am in Chapter III and didn't know that. What happens when you take the pictures?

There are only a few places that you NEED to take a picture in the game to progress, but I am talking about the extra section of the game. I like to get 100% of my games so the extra portion of the game is important to me. When you load up the game take a look at the extra section and you will see what I mean.

EDIT: Someone out there must know how to unlock the pics. I've searched around but I still can't find an answer. I've tried searching Viva Media and the Cranberry sites,but no luck so far. Please help if you can.

EDIT: I just received an email, but it was for Black Mirror 2. I already have done that one to 100%.
Hope is still there for BM 3. Help us please....

I had unlocked 20 of the 24 pictures. If I recall, the biggest value to unlocking them was clicking on crows. If you walk into a scene and see a crow on a fence or a rooftop, click on it. There's no hotspot but it will fly away afterwards. Maybe that's all there was to it and I just missed 4 crows (I'm getting old).

I went back to the game to try, and find all the crows....Its not as easy as one might think..

I haven't had a chance to replay the game yet.
I'll let you know when I do. When you unlock the one with the crows, it just shows some pics of early sketches of the game. I won the space invaders game when I played. I use to play space invaders at the arcade in the early 80's.

I really want to know what happens after you unlock them all....When you unlocked Space Invaders...What happened? I also searched the internet...Can't find anything about "Extras" In this game...

Like I said before.I haven't had a chance to replay the game. I can't remember what happened after I unlocked any of the the special sections. !!!! You should give it a go and see what you can get and see what happens. Good Luck.

How far did you get in the game before you started looking for crows ? I wasn't looking for them at all, at the beginning. I never new that was the key too unlock some of the pics. I unlocked 4 of the pic scenes just by playing the game normally,without clicking on any crows.
I don't think your missing out on anything,by not finding the crows and clicking on them. I really don't think that anything happens when you unlock
anything. Have you played Black Mirror 2 ? Nothing happens when you unlock the pics of that game,except seeing some earlier pics. I am a little tippsy right now,so I'll bow out and let someone else have a say.

I was finished with the game, but I went back to a save, and started all over....In BM 2 I never payed attention to extras...

I don't understand why the extras are there if there is nothing extra :LOL:

Also there is several slots for unlocking for games....I only found one game.. "Space Invaders"

Oh Well...
Maybe we will get some answers in the future..

I got 100% of the extras when I played the previous game, but I've done rather poorly in this game - I only unlocked pics 8, 10, 12, 14, 18, 20-24 (that's not even 50%!). I also unlocked all videos except 20, and all mini-games except 4.

I found only two crows, both of them in the lighthouse screen.

Since it seemed hopeless, I edited the config.xml file and manually unlocked all the missing pictures and the one missing video.
However, unlocking the missing mini-game can't be done in this method, so I'd appreciate it if someone will let me know what's in mini-game #4...

I don't know how you are really supposed to unlock this inside the game, but you can add this to the xml file in the Bonus section:

<Minigame New="0" Name="BigHead"/>

It's very funny.

That's the 4th 'game'. It's also available in Black Mirror 2.

Since I see you have already edited your xml file, I will not take the time to tell you how to do it, etc. But if someone else needs to know that, please write back here.
