Puzzle Adventure Game, with MOVING ROOMS. Move ROOM itself & character, use several items, and finally escape through the exit. This game is made by Handmade Game, game maker group of Korean University Students. Graphic & Music are really excellent. When you play it, you could see what I mean. Especially, player character is filmed(!) by the real actor with Blue Screen, and you could experience very unusual thing from her movement in game. Difficulty is... very high. First stages are so-so, but it became very difficult after the middle of the game. You must use item properly, not only move rooms. Combination of those 2 aspects makes game interesting & difficult at once. Bad Thing... This game doesn't have SAVE. Rookie player could take around 3 hours till the end, and without save, player could suffer too much. And interface is little bit uncomfortable, to use Arrow Key & Mouse at once. This is excellent puzzle adventure game, with moving Rooms & Character. But it's sad that this doesn't have SAVE, even if it has high difficulty. Handmade Game : http://www.handmadegame.com >>> This is originally Web Flash Game. But due to high traffic, Handmade Game only services download version. Please get Zip file & extract, and use Flash Player to play the game. Flash Player is included in that Zip File. <<<

Thanks Mrkwang.
It sounds interesting and original. I wish it had a save though. Finding 3 hours of uninterrupted gaming time around here would take an act of God.

MrKwang I really enjoyed playing this game however I can't get past the 4th room.
Is this download the full game or just a Demo? I think the students did a fine job with this. Hmmmmm.......can't figure out what picking up all the newspapers do.

Hmmmmm.......can't figure out what picking up all the newspapers do. That's FULL GAME. 13 rooms total, as I know. Originally it's WEB GAME, but there happened TOO MUCH TRAFFIC, so they make it download at now. Newspaper has some brief hints for new objects, or something more.

I am curious as to why this game slipped by Chief to add to the Free Games Galore section? Chief, you out there?

Thanks, I appreciate the info on the game. I'm downloading it right now. As for playing it for 3 hours, that's not going to be possible for me either.

Hello fellow Boomers, I finally played the game last night. I enjoyed it very much. I didn't finish it, I'm hoping when I go back to it later that I can just pick up where I left off. The graphics in this game is excellent. If they are students and they're this talented good for them, I hope they keep going making games. I did get killed off quite a few times, but I'm glad you could just pick up from where you left off instead of having to start from the beginning. I think that is a big put off for games that do that.

Thanks Tigger for the d/l info. Glad to hear you enjoyed the game StarLite. I hope you can pick up where you left off. Mr. Kwang's review says there are no saves. It's good to know the dying isn't awful I don't mind dying as long as I can just pick up where I left off

looney4labs, I love your avatar, I love animals myself.
I got killed off quite a few times. I've walked out of a room onto the black screen and died there and I also drowned a couple of times. But yes when you die you are given the option of starting over from the stage you left off. I like games where you have to figure things out, it's keeps the old mind active.
Playing these adventure games I told my husband I think if I were locked in room somewhere I could probably escape.
I find that when I'm watching tv. I'll start telling the guy in a movie to do something based on what I would do in a game. That's pretty bad. But at least these games keep you thinking, which is good exercise for the brain.

Thanks, Starlite. My avatar is Solo, my lab dressed for Christmas. I really do need to change that soon, or else just consider myself ahead of the power curve for the 2007 season.
I give advice all the time to folks on t.v. They listen about as well as my kids.
Did you go back to finish the game yet?

Bit of news about the game The Room. If you right click you can forward to where you left off. I tried this and play the level, of course got killed. Hope this helps.
I didn't finish the game yet. I can't play very long because of my disability, that's why I could never play the game 'D', I think that's what it's called. I should give it a try and see if you at least start from the stage you left off at. It looks like it might be that type of game.

Starlite, I'm sorry. I missed the info in your post about getting back to where you left off. Thanks for coming back to let us know. Have you gotten further in the game? Mr. Kwang, thanks for the update. It's always great when there is a new and improved version

may just try getting the new version but I am Really enjoying the game Right clicking just gives me the flash options of forward etc, not sure if it takes me to the games I was in before!! would have preferred a patch, no biggie to me as I have unlimited d/l's through an 8 gb line.. but for those who don't, it is a bit of a killer to start again!!

Actually, I cheated a bit. I restarted the game and did the right click forward and went to the spot where I left off and replayed that area. Maybe by doing that you may not get your prizes. I'll have to replay it again sometime. I've had to take a couple of days off from the computer. I've been spending my time watching tv.
