This is not a review, just a few appreciative comments on Dark Fall 2 Lights Out and to say: JONATHAN BOAKES DOES IT AGAIN!
(pardon my shouting but this game deserves it)
After playing the first Dark Fall I couldn't wait to get my hands on the sequel. Though we in Oz have to be a little bit more patience than most of the rest of the gaming community. I think they make the games swim down here, the length of time it takes to release them!(need to be dried off?)
I had suspected that my senses have become a little jaded of late at the quality of games that have been released recently. Either too challenging (clever), so having to resort to walkthroughs or so banal (trite)that there was no challenge at all.
Back to Dark Fall: I have decided to give Dark Fall 2 all F's!
Fabulous,
Frightening,(especially at night, in the dark and you think you are prepared for 'something') Forget it, 'it' catches you everytime!
unForgettable,
Fantastic,
Fascinating, grips you from start to Finish
Feasible, the logic of the puzzles, as in DF1, really do Facilitate the adventure.
To the true adventure game Fan this game will become Famed
Favourite and First, has replaced Syberia 1 & 2 in my affections.
Fecund, Fertilises the imagination.
Feverish, can't wait to see what happens next!
Fine, this is what good adventure gaming is all about.
Flexible, go anywhere at any time and do anything.
FFFew!! didn't intend to get so carried away. I'm sure you get my drift though.

Age & treachery will always overcome youth & enthusiasm
