Try using compatibility mode on the game .exe (set to Windows XP).
With Big Fish games you have to enable hidden files to see the game .exe.

Big Fish shortcuts point to their launcher, not the game .exe, so it doesn't help anything to change compatibility mode on the desktop shortcut made by Big Fish. You have to go digging into the game's install folder.

This is an old low resolution straight hidden object game. I see I got mine in 2009. I'm playing on my higher end GTX 660 Ti video card. Since the game won't even start for you, maybe uninstall the game and download again?

i try that didn't help , and it won't start in my big fish game manager, processor- amd a8 6500 apu with radeon hd graphics 3.50 gh and sound and video and etc - idt high definition audio codec. and now when i try that thing jenny gave me i get a black screen and my mouse disappear. now i am getting a error message 803400 and i finally got rid of it by uninstalling and reinstalling the big fish game manager, never mind i figuare out the trouble
