Well, I recently finished this game and I got a few comments to make.
First of all the story line was pretty good. It was really interesting, and the main characters are well designed. It's really easy to get to like the main character (Well, maybe not that easy. At first the main char seemed kinda annoying, but I started to like him after the 1st chapter ).
Secondly, this game is way way way WAY too short. It took me 5 hours to finish it... I hate games that are short and sweet. Make them long and sweet! It took me 2 hours to get to chapter 5, which was, by far, the longest chapter in this game (there are only 6 chapters btw...). I didn't even need a walkthrough for this game, and that says something about the difficulty!
I got 1 main problem with the gameplay though... Most of the time you have to click on the same item like 3 times to hear more about this item, or to "unlock" an option to actually pick it up. That is just straight up annoying. That doesn't make the game harder, it's just a way to keep the gamer in the game longer by slowing his progress down. Maybe it was an attempt to make the game look longer, I don't know.
Graphics were awesome. Game looks great and it doesn't even need a strong PC to run it. Char models could've been better though, but overall - graphics are great.
Now the sound was the worst part in this game. It has some serious codec problems. I had to delete like 3 codecs to get the sound to work properly. The game dev's really need to release a fix for this. The voice acting was good though. Even though the voice of the main character doesn't really fits its looks, its the voice that made me like this character. I love characters with humor and this 1 has humor and I like that.

Ok so overall, this game was great. It was short and sweet, as I said before. I just wish it was long and sweet.

I have been looking forward to this game to be released in English over here. That's a little disappointing to hear that it's short!

What were the puzzles like? Were they mainly inventory based or were there other type of puzzles in it?

This is a game I have been waiting for and I'm happy to learn that it is short and sweet. It will be long the way I play as I'm far from the brightest gamer in the box, so to speak, but I will enjoy the sweet part anyway, at least I hope I find it so.

There are no real puzzles in this game. You just collect info to solve problems. So there are mainly inventory, and info collecting puzzles.

I hope it is released in English soon. I was really intrigued by the story line. I'm glad to hear that the graphics are good in the game.

I've received official word from the publisher -- the English language version of Belief & Betrayal will not be released until Q1 2008. No legal English language version has yet been released.

The implication is that any English language versions available now are pirated versions. Please don't download illegal copies of this game!
