Secondly, I'm sorry I didn't have the time to finalize the complete walkthrough yet, but my new assignment at work is really keeping me away from gaming .... :-(

I'll try to complete it asap.

@Geosed:
Looks like you didn't use all the items. From what I saw in the video, you still have the slingshot and the stones.
Go to the sewers to meet the clown and combine slingshot+stone (either one). This should do....

Post me if you are still stuck. I'll try to get on the walkthrough right away.

I completed the Walkhrough for chapter 1 to 3, and working now on 4.

I hope to get at least to the end of chapter 5 by this evening.
