Hi all, I wish this game would never end and it looks like I can reach this goal, because every time I have to jump somewhere it takes hours to finish. Now in San Francisco I need to jump from a crate to the broken fire escape and I am getting tired and bored. Please give me some hint about exact Oliver's position on the crate? Meanwhile I am just enjoying roaming the long streets of San Francisco in this cute racing car.
Why resist temptation? There will always be more. Don Herold.

OK, I got it. Thanks, Marita.
The failure was due to the puzzle of feeding the fire in the boiler, not because I didn't make it in 80 days. You have to be quick with the first pile of wood to keep the fire from going below the red line, then quickly continue busting up the ship for wood for the boiler.
I really liked the game. Truly funny dialog, beautiful scenery, nice 3D engine, easy puzzles (which allows for more exploration than mind-bending struggles - my preference).

Ok, how fast did you go in Yokohama in the gas rikshaw? I spun around several times because I went too fast on a turn!
Which is your favorite mode of transportation. I think the magic carpet was hands down the most fun to ride.
I am finally on the ship and finished bartending, now to wandering the ship.....

Hey guys, Finally, I've been away doing other things, never a got a chance to finish the game until a couple of days ago, I'm at the very end, can't get the wood in the furnace fast enough... I was almost tempted to just walk away but I've put so much time into it I don't dare, can someone send me a saved at this point so that I can atleast get the story? Thanks again, Cleo4

I am at the spot with the Gold Buddha. I have a mental blank with this one. I saw a diagram with the lines drawn on the stones in a walkthrough. But, the arrows go both ways. Which stones go on which posts? Is there any special order? Help! Thanks.

Hi Laurette, the stones do go in certain places and you will only use two of them. I used the side stones to guide me with this puzzle. Match the second stone up from the bottom on the left side of the stones in front of you.....should be two complete lines with a break in the line at the bottom that you will place on the left column as you face it. The stone for the right column has the broken line at the rop and two solid lines under it. Match it to the top line of stones, third from the left. Good luck

It's not that hard of a puzzle if you look for the symbol that you saw on the rock. There's just a lot going on and that makes it confusing. Good luck! Oh, be sure to wait a few seconds after you place the stones to see if there is a cut scene of the bridge coming down.

Geo, Try closing the program, do a hard boot (that is tunr off the computer completely - not restart, wait a bit, then turn on the computer again) close all other background things and/or play with the options to see which one helps. Also when doing the puzzle, do it slowly. The next save is at the sloop part already and you will miss some stuff. If you want that saved game - holler.
