Hi Texaslady....that is what I am doing but that is what started the original question which is.........the WT says to make the right tank almost empty too but it doesn't say how. I put the metal pipe on the bottom and it emptied the left tank but how do I empty the right tank. Help!!! How can someone write a WT like this and then not say how to finish what you started in the first place? Does someone have an answer to this question? Has anyone played this game recently?

Renee, You're lowering the level in a swimming pool so you can access a door. Since you never enter the other pool, the level there doesn't matter.

Thanks LadyKestrel.......I have continued on in the game and so far no problems until I have come to the part in the Cu area. I put some copper2oxide in the left cup and am suppose to place a black bead on the outer ring but I am ot finding where the outer ring is. I keep placing it everywhere and in different spots but it keeps going back to inventory. Does anyone have a specific spot I should be putting it? I also don't have my inventory piece that says black bead but some other kind of bead so I hope that isn't the problem. Does anyone remember where we were to get this inventory piece? Thanks

thanks texaslady. the thread didn't help me with making black beads. Also, I might have them but not sure where the outer ring is to put the black beads. Do you remember how to do that? It did say something on how to make copper2oxide but I did have that and that is what I put in the left cup but the right cup for the black beads is what I was wondering about and of course as I said, where is the outer ring on this gizmo? Thanks

I did it....I did it.............I did it!!! Thank you so much Mag. sorry but no matter how hard some people work to do WT's they just don't explain really great at times and I know I am slow sometimes but not stupid. How was I to know that the black beads were on the things itself. I kept clicking but nothing showed up. A funny thing was I put two in the rightside and it came up just copper if you can believe that? LOL Luckily the WT said copper1oxide so I went back to my save and it came out right the next time and it doesn't go on the outer ring. You put the bead in that center thing and voila, the chemical is made. Ok another problem. I was moving along so well and I am using the WT since this is all way above me. I have just finished by the pool and the WT said to go to the Control Room.I have looked all over the WT and I don't see what button to push to get there. Can you remember? It seems funny that the WT would say that and not mention what button to push to get there. thanks

Chorlton are you certain that you are trying to place the fuel cell in the correct place? The fuel cell should go on top of the sealing valve.

I'm so sorry Chorlton but the only things that I can think of are that you are trying to put the cell either in the wrong place or on the wrong device. Sue

Chorlton are you placing the cell above the oval shaped thing? It does not go on the faucets. Once it is seated it should connect with the pipes that are marked red and blue.

Okay, I didn't make a note about having any problem here. I assume that you clicked on the burner but got no response? Is the strange little machine that allows you to select rooms [before the door and to your right as you approach this area] set to Zn? Did you select Zn once you entered the lab area on the panel to the left of the door?

I'm glad you fixed that problem Oswald. Just remember to keep checking the chemical symbols as you move around in this game.

Chorlton I'd try to use the inorganic solid waste area to dump anything that you might have left in inventory. You'll find out quickly enough if you still have inventory items that need to be disposed of. Good luck
