Just thought I'd post some of the adventure games or game, that'd I'd love to see a sequel made to in the near future. Everybody is welcome to contribute with there own choices. - Gabriel Knight. Jane Jensen's idea for it to take place in the Highlands and a haunted castle sounded really good. - Police Quest. Someone ring up Jim Walls and tell him to bring Sonny Bonds back, enough of the tactical shooter and real time strategy. - Space Quest. Tell Sierra to resume part 7. - Zork. I just can't get enough of the Underground Empire. - Laura Bow. Adventure's number 1 female sleuth. - Phantasmagoria. Roberta come back, and scare us again. - King's Quest. No killings, no 3D, no new characters. Just make it a classical epic adventure with the Daventry royal family. And finally... Make some five or six sequels to Syberia. Words aren't enough to describe what an amazing game it is.

In no particular order: Longest Journey Monkey island Discworld Simon the Sorcerer Space Quest Kings Quest (not a combat game like KQ8 though) Kyrandia Zac McKracken Broken Sword Day of the Tenacle Gabriel Knight Tex Murphey Grim Fandango The Dig Sanitarium Fable
It's nice to be important but it is much more important to be nice.

I'm a big Sierra fan so I'd have to add Leisure Suit Larry to the list as well as King's Quest (not 8!), TLJ, Syberia. I did like the early PQ's but SWAT screwed it up. Still haven't played SQ6, its still on my shelf. But I enjoyed the earlier ones. Zork also, I really liked Nemesis and Grand Inquisitor, especially the aspect of casting spells in that game.

I'd like to see a sequal to In Cold Blood, The ending kinda made me think and wanting for more. It was not feeling so complete.

I would like to see another Riven. I didn't think Exile was anything like Riven. Another GK2, Dark Fall, Syberia, Amber, Timelapse, Shivers, ROTS III, Amerzone and Faust to name a few. ~Dee

Hi. Right at this moment I'd shout out for a Simon IV but WITHOUT all the very frustrating timed and arcade type puzzles of Simon III Simons I and II did very nicely thank you AND did it without giving anyone a nervous breakdown

That's very interesting Mad. I will think twice before I get Simon III. Timed and arcade puzzles aren't for me. I would pay anything for a new Gabriel Knight or a sequel to The Longest Journey.

I'd like to see another Journeyman Project game. Presto did get some way into a fourth game but then there was a reshuffle of publishers. Myst Online (Mudpie or Parable) is effectively the sequel to Riven. Cyan like to change the complete playing field not just move the goalposts. Exile wasn't radical enough (and as it was done by Presto not Cyan it would have been difficult for them to be radical and innovate.) Peter.

Hi all, Well I really really enjoyed playing Prince of Persia 3D so another one of those would be great. All the Might and Magic (except 9) were great. Mist and Riven were good and Mist III was just OK. I loved Land of Lore-Gardian of Destiny and also Star Ship Titanic was a good one. The Journey Men Project had Author who was very helpful and funny I find it hard to pick out games today and not knowing what they are going to be like. This is why this board is such a help with that. They don't give you very much info on the box.

A sequel to Dracula : Last Sanctuary, Titanic : Adventure out of Time and Shivers II would be wonderful.
Also I'd like to revisit the locations of Blackstone Chronicles, Amber and Timelapse. Especially if they are done using the same style and technology.

Myst/Riven KQ Daventry family Gabriel Knight Tex Murphy Laura Bow Probably Dark Fall and Syberia which I haven't finished yet, if they seem appropriate for a sequel. Aren't we all lucky to be wallowing in so many great games coming out now?????

Day of the Tentacle ... but updated of course. IMHO, it was one of the most witty to say nothing of humorous games ever. (I'm a sucker for the very oldies)

I'd like to see Ron Gilbert's Monkey Island 3. He planned a trilogy, but as it turned out he wasn't involved in the making of the MI games after MI2. Only he knows what that weird ending actually meant, and I wanna know!
A sequel I wouldn'tlike to see is Grim Fandango 2. I think it would be too difficult to write a second GF story without it seeming very contrived.

ALL:
Of course it's going to be the ones we already know it's been said there will be no sequels: Mysts Journeymen Zork
but I'd also go for sequels to :
The Crystal Key Shivers
******************MACDEE?WITCHEN !!!!!!***********
Personal to MacDee and Witchen.....My name is Hank I go by Hanksdog and used to be helpped (especially) by you two, This would have been 7-10+ years ago, you helped me on Myst I (when it came out), The Crystal Key. and I think Amber. It was through the Hints Help section I met a couple of nice people whom I still am in contact with today. On, the first person who I became really close too over the years I finally when to see her in her home town and stayed with her for 10 days, (no Hanky-Panky...we are past that, just great friends..besides at that time I lived in Atlanta and she lived in Phoenix...I''m now back home in New Orleans. (But out-of-state- relationships are not easy. We had used only our own E-mail address, then as we got more comfortable with each other we gave out our address to one another, then the phone #. (I'm not as uptight as I used to be but I still covet my personal info until we have spoken over some site for a while). We hit it off from the start, I am disabled and don't get out (much) so adventure gaming and meeting and talking to people such as yourselves is a nice outlet. (You meet the greatest bunch of crazy, fun, as well as nice and sweet on gameboomers. I have not used gmaboomers much because I stopped pplayeing after a got sicker but still tried to game just looking up the game and the hint right away instead of putting up a post and waiting for a reply. I know it wat cheating on a higher level but at least I wasn't doing the walkthroughs. I just wanted to let you two know I remember you both and I am glad there are some of the same people around, it says a lot about the company and your co-workers. It must be a relaxed environment to work in. I hope I haven't "creeped" you out. I don'thave that abnormal problem, my problem is "stepping away from the machineand keeping my hands in the air where the poice can see them" Just kidding! The police have never been to my house, although they may be cal on Saturday July 27>>>>>>>>I'll turn 4-0 ! 40 years old, that's 280 in dog years, What am I to do. I'm starting to grey now and it's not that temple graey but strands through the head...how rude...I've decided to bleach my hair not totally just a few areas. sorry .....way too long...Bye Hank
