This place does have a big covered porch that I could turn into a sun room with screens. Also, Willow is leash trained and I think Dude would be envious and might want to give it a go.

Now I have to find a veterinarian that also has a groomer since Willow has to have her claws clipped every month and Dude needs de-matting no matter how much I brush the little furball. If Willow's claws get long Dude starts to avoid her. Right now they're sitting in the sun together making sleepy eyes at each other.

Drac, the drone footage of my property will be part of the listing on line. It was supposed to zoom overhead and out over the water, then come back in slowly, but it may have to be spliced into several segments instead since it kept bouncing along It was fun to watch the photographer playing around with the drone. I think she really enjoys her job.

This is going to be a heavy coffee morning so I'll have some of that Nicaraguan. I'm de-cluttering what's left in the bathroom cabinets now and making a list of what has to go to the Restore.

Is the drone footage a normal part of a listing?

It is these days if the property is a special one, which mine is. It gives a perspective on the entire property as it's not possible to really capture is with just photos.

I'm still waiting for railings for my re-engineered upstairs deck, though. They were supposed to be installed by now. It'll make it harder to sell. I am extremely annoyed.

We usually only see drone footage here of large acreages. A member of Gameboomers had drone footage done of her property in northern Scotland. It was breathtaking!

This year Chicago will be having Nascar Racing in our Downtown area in July. It is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of! I think that the city thinks it will keep the Nascar wanna be's from having their amateur shows every weekend but I think it will just make things worse. My opinion.
