I didn't know where to post this question so I figured someone on this thread would see this. The Big Fish Games site will not load! It's blank! Anybody know why? Ok, I tried using another browser and it worked! I have been using Microsoft Wave and have had no trouble at all with it. So I tried Edge and it works! The site is now working on Wave. I don't know what was going on earlier.

Word Zen is a truly brilliant game if you turn off both the music and sound effects which are lamentable.

I've never turned off music or sound effects either. I usually never even notice them. Glad I am not the only one. There are some good musical backgrounds out there and it always boggles my mind when someone says that they always turn the music and sound effects off as a matter of routine. A good musical background can really enhance a game, for me at least.

Oh, I don’t turn off these things, either. I’ve never forgotten how blown away I was by its the music the first time I launched ‘The DIG’ all those years ago. So wonderful

Too funny, Oldbroad. I thought I was the only person who had trouble with Byzantine match-3 rules. I am relieved to learn that is not the case.
I am currently occupied with Grim Tales: Echo of the Past. I started this one quite some time ago and foolishly abandoned it early on in a fit of pique at puppetry in general and a bee smoker in particular.
Contrary to my previous too hastily formed opinion, Grim Tales: Echo of the Past is quite a good one. I don't know why I was so annoyed by it. The opening HO is a lovely attic junk accumulation set-up with Anna handing items to her daughter to sort; what followed was a run of the mill get into a theatre sequence requiring a smoker which bored me into full retreat and I never bought the game. This time, I got past the irritation and found that either the game or my perception of it improved.
Back in the opening sequence, I noticed a diary note from Richard saying he loved Anna's mother and missed her. Somehow or other I thought he murdered her in The Bride. 20 years on from that first installment I am unlikely to go back and find out but I might if The Bride will run.

Isn't Runefall the one that I wanted to play in limited time or moves (not sure which it offers) but couldn't possibly get through it like that so I had to play in regular casual mode and got bored? I did end up getting in the mind set of playing it that way and finished it though. I seem to remember the levels taking me about an hour each though, again, not sure I'm remembering right. I do have Runefall 2 but haven't played it yet. With Jewels of the God 2 I'm not sure if I'm playing in Easy, Medium, or Hard mode. It didn't give any explanation that I saw so I clicked Medium but didn't see any indication that I clicked on it. The scoring is what I'm having trouble understanding but I think I have finally figured out that I need to get "perfect" for 3 stars and I have not been getting that on all the levels. I would normally replay the levels but it took too long to figure that out. I think I need to separate out my Match 3 games from my game listing as I cannot remember the names of them all and have trouble going through the whole list to find one to play.

For anyone who hasn't noticed this: go here and follow the instructions, and you end up with a code for any standard-version game for free.
