GOG Deals and Offers:

Time for Adventure Bundle - ends 5/24

A recent GOG update has added "New Arrivals" to the filters

Clicking on any of these GOG links will bring up these "green" colored pages that are blocking out the filters. Is anyone else seeing this? I have contacted GOG and let them know this color does not work. It could be a temporary problem. GOG does change the page colors depending on sale events

Hey oldbroad...... I do know that "GOG Bundle link" leads to one of my other posts where I have other GOG deals running. I set it up that way. That is what you are talking about, right?

Yes. I guess I expect it to bring me to the GOG site. Well, earlier, you had the link about the "point and click" bundle but now it is changed. I guess you are just messing with me. Just like I saw you doing this , you are trying to make me do that!

You caught me right in the middle of posting those GOG offers. I did post those bundles deals at first leading to GOG but then decided to move them to the other GOG sales links and then added a link to them. I was typing up that link leading to them and by mistake posted those links below the one I was going to change making 2 posts in a row. I moved that second post up and put the head banger in its place because of that double post and it worked. Got you concerned enough to bang your head as well. I'm glad Ana posted over it. My head was really starting to hurt

The fact that I post new links to links I have already posted earlier on? If so I get it. I just wanted to keep the GOG Events running together for now. I don't need to do that

If it just goes to an old GB post, you never see what the actual GOG sales are. I always go on GOG myself anyway but I do sometimes try to follow the links if I'm not ready to go to GOG.

I had removed this link but posted it back up for a test. Click on the this link then the "Bundle Deals". Are those GOG links taking you to their pages? I believe these links are what you are talking about. I just want to make sure we do not have a problem with sale posts and you are able to get to those sales

Orion, if I click on those links I just go to old GB posts over and over and over. Never get to GOG using them.

When you click on this link you do not get those "GOG Deals and Offers:" links as the first/top post on the screen? I do every time

Eventually you can get to the GOG offers but you have to weed through various GB posts first. It is much easier to just go to GOG directly.

When I click on this "Bundles Deals" link, should be the top post, it takes me to these "GOG Deals and Offers:", again the top post. Clicking on any of the links takes me to their offers

Orion, please do it the way it is easiest for you. When I click your links there, yes, it goes there if I move my side scroll bar to the top or use that "return to top" arrow. It doesn't automatically go to the top. Maybe that's where I've been having the problem. It just brings me to the middle of a page of a different GB post with a bunch of links. I really never even thought to go to the top of the page. That is my fault; not yours.

Again, please do it how it is easiest and best for you and for the forum itself. I know you are trying to have limited links. I am not trying to be difficult, I promise!

Oldbroad I certainly did not look as you being or making things difficult. I set up those links so they post at the top of the page, not having to scroll, when you open them. I don't know why they are not. They are for me. It is a matter of clicking on that 7 digit post number on top right of a post, copying the address and then linking it so it would be the top post

This is a link I like to use from time to time when sales are slim. It will take you to my first post of the year, Discounted Games. Does this link take you to the top of Page 1, that first post, without scrolling?
