Nope! I asked about it earlier in this thread and flotsam had just finished the game, so told me it wasn't needed. From doing some reading of the English comments in the walkthrough, it was a bug that the dev fixed.

I found this one quite intimidating at first! But after you start making combinations - be sure to consult the map as it gives you some clues - it slowly starts coming together.

Hi Guys, completed the game, I finally got out of the Maze(which I found very confusing at times) I did find the Fallen Sun and gave it to to Leonids and he lead me out of the Maze, so maybe there are two ways of completing the game as Flotsam said that it wasn't needed to complete the game. I had to stumble through to the end as the Russian Walkthrough posted ended before the end if that makes sense . For those who have just started playing the game, hopefully there will be a complete walkthrough posted by someone, I think I'll pass on this one. Also I didn't manage to get all the Achievements only 17 out of 29 so I think there is a lot more to explore in the game Cheers SAFC

It was definitely quite an unusual maze! Doable, but oh so tricky! Well done, Winfrey!
