It's a lovely morning here, and the snow is melting. I'm off to see a lawyer to redo my Will and grab some paper and ink for my printer so I can get my taxes off to the accountant.

I'm just about to leave for league bowling tonight, so totally missed the break room this morning. Had to go to a funeral for my daughter-in-law's father in St. Charles which is about an hour away this morning. Made it with the burial ceremony just before it started raining and the temps dropped.

I had to reheat some food on my stove top tonight as I believe my microwave has bit the dust. I've only had it since mid 1995.

Oldbroad, I was crushed when my old microwave that was about 15 years old died! But I have to admit that I do like the new one much better... it does a much better job of thawing things without cooking them.

I always like "springing ahead" because the extra daylight in the afternoon is welcome. But the weather is so icky, it doesn't really matter! At least like Fogfighter, we have no new snow!

Good morning. A cold, but sunny start to our Saturday. Heading to a 60th birthday party about 2 hours south of us later this afternoon. It's always a pretty drive down there into the Ozark foothills.

But first some laundry!

We're having another wet day with the added excitement of a high wind warning. Some of the rooms in my house have skylights, and if I look up right now I see very tall evergreens blowing madly about. I bet some of the ferry sailing have been cancelled.

Already Sunday over here in Europe. Too early for the double dark wide away brew. In fact it's rather late and time to sleep.
