We are 20 degrees above our normal temperature and somewhere in the moderate to severe drought range. So much drier than what I remember when first moving here.

Had to run in town this morning and they have the barricades laying on the side of the road along the river to close the road later today or tomorrow. This is not the awful flash flooding they had in other places, but the Bourbeuse River just backing up as there is so much flooding downstream and the water has nowhere to do. So, I guess it'll be the long way around to town for a few days!

Still no rain here. Yesterday the temperature got up to 80 degrees...unheard of here at this time of year...broke another record for the highest temp this late in November!

It's a normal 2 day weekend over here but on Sunday some people in Southern Sweden celebrate Saint Martin by feasting on goose and a pretty horrible black soup.

But don't worry. I won't provide any black soup.
