Good Monday morning! Just enough time to grab a travel cup of WADDB before heading off to hubby's pre-op appointments. He's definitely feeling better about things and the fact that he will be able to do stairs right away. This is definitely not out-patient surgery - he will be kept overnight and have two more physical therapy sessions the day after surgery. He has significant reduction in his range of motion already, so they want him doing a bunch of exercises at least 2 weeks before the surgery.

Just two more days until Christmas!

Good morning, Danish, Donuts and Bagels in the Break Room. Finishing up some last minute preps for tomorrow. The club will be closed, but a lot of our Eagle brothers and sisters will be joining our family for Christmas. Everyone is bringing a covered dish. It's good it will be warm, as we will need the porch and yard for over flow. We are so very blessed. Enjoy the day and hug someone.

Stockholm 6 Celsius and cloudy. No snow. The big day for celebrations was yesterday the 24th over here.
Today and tomorrow are holidays but many people are already in recovery mode.

I'm afraid my main computer got a new hiccup so got to make a recovery there too. Thank Heaven for back-ups

Ya'll Hope you are having or had a good day. I'm full of Christmas Casserole, listening to Mannheim Steamroller Christmas music, and enjoying the quiet. Granddaughter should be awake in a bit and will head back to Virginia. Then we will open presents and the rest of the day will be "whatever." We opened presents with her last night. In the 30's right now but heading to the 60's. Have talked to daughter in Ohio and texted with son in Virginia.

I'm enjoying a nice cup of dark coffee and looking out at the winter storm. Willow is glued to the front of the fireplace and Dude is out doing his morning patrol. I think half of my neighbourhood is away; it was very quiet around here last night but it was a lovely evening and I stood outside looking at the stars in the absolute silence for a while.

Today is a nothing day, probably some gaming and TV.
