Good Christmas morning! It's a drab, dreary, wet day here... perfect morning for Gerry's WADDB. It's just me and hubby today and we have nothing special planned. Sounds like Willow has the right idea, hagatha! I know my two sons are madly baking some of my mom's famous caramel cinnamon rolls this morning! There were several conversations about the recipe yesterday! Looking forward to seeing my son, DIL and granddaughter later this week. I want to hear all her first semester of college stories! Merry Christmas and Happy Hannukah. I read that they are both on the same day this year!
Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.

Good morning everyone. Over here in Sweden it is still Christmas. Annandag Jul. Second Christmas Day. A very appreciated holiday which is mostly spent by relaxing and recovering after the Christmas celebrations. The hectic after Christmas sales will wait until tomorrow. Happy Second Christmas Day GameBoomers.

Good day after Christmas morning!
Stayed up late gaming and slept in. Settling into the day with a nice cup of WADDB. Nothing on the agenda today - feels kind of strange!

Good morning everyone.
Draclvr, your day sounds like my day. I cooked a huge chicken the other night and don't even need to cook today. Gaming or TV on the agenda.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good Friday morning! Another very dreary wet day around here. Kind of good for nothing, but reading or gaming.
I should make a quick run in town to pick up a few things at the grocery store, but not sure I can muster the desire to go somewhere!
Thanks for asking about hubby, Gerry. He is completely recovered from COVID and back to "only" the utter misery from his knees. This weather only makes them worse. His first knee surgery can't come fast enough!

Good morning everyone!
It turned out to be a lovely day yesterday so a friend and I went for a very long walk in Rathtrevor Park. She knows all the little trails and it really was a wonderful afternoon.
Pilates was cancelled so I'll be going into town to buy food, and then spend the afternoon relaxing.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good Saturday morning! Still dreary here with super cold temps on the way.
Gerry, the surgery is scheduled for January 13.
Guess I'm going to have to force myself to make that run in town today! My son and his wife and granddaughter who live nearby are coming over for dinner tomorrow. I'm doing the big rib roast for them. Thawed out the last gallon bag of strawberries and am making strawberry shortcake for dessert.

My mom had both knees replaced years ago Drac. I don't remember what the issue was. Not only did they fix that problem they straightened out both legs, she was bow legged. After the surgery she had a number of therapy appointments and before long you would not have known she ever had a problem with those knees. I hope the best for your husband
That dinner and strawberry shortcake sounds to die for
