Bluto, I'm afraid about the only place you can find old computers is at Ebay. And it's always iffy if they work.

Those older computers can be quite heavy/bulky and very expensive and fragile to ship. I think your best bet is to search on FB Marketplace or local FB groups or Craigslist or other local type sale website to find one near your location. Plus that way you can test it out before paying the money (perhaps). I recently gave my old Dell Optiplex away that had true DOS 5.0, Win 3.x, and Win95 triple boot that amazingly still worked along with all of the software. Deals are still there as many people just want to clear out space.

And beware of FB Marketplace or Craigslist - they are both full of scammers. Lots of legitimate sellers, just pay close attention.
