Hi dianne, did you take a look at the hints provided for this part of the game in Carol's notebook?

Note the two different types of sound the dots on the box make when clicked. They are supposed to represent long and short. The morse code on the paper corresponds to the dots on the box as follows: The red dot in the second column, the blue dot in the second column, the green dot in the first column, and the red dot in the first column.

I have been ransacking the mink farm, looking for a box that might have a fake bottom. No luck so far . . .

Tally Ho, you've already opened that box. It's the one with the morse code.

Well, that explains why I can't find it. I thought it might contain a key or two; there are still a couple of locks that need attending to.
Thanks (I used to know Morse code; let's see how I do with that cool)

Edit:

But - the hint tells me I need to find the box at the mink farm. Could the hints be out of sequence?

But the box is at the mink farm. Crammed between some car doors.

Oy found it. Found it before, actually - thought it was a paper and didn't recognize it as a box. Now I have done LOTS of exploration and found some notes and things.

The BBC skewer is at a tree stub just left of the bench in Myrtle Forest.

Why couldn't I find it? Because it was already in my inventory.

Oh - enough is enough - I finished the game. Thank you Mikael.

Hi Bristol, nice to see you. Let's wait for someone who has played the game recently.

Alternatively, I see that there is a video walkthrough out now on YouTube here. That should help you out also.

Bristol, I think what you mean is the "small closet in the family's summer house", that's referred to in Carol's journal. Just enter the summer house through the "main" entrance (on the side) and walk forwards twice, and turn to the right.

There was one puzzle that I had to use the in game hint/answer to help me with the solution. I never saw any "menu posters on the kiosk". What menu posters? What kiosk?

So, I took a look at Arglefumph's video and he also did not see the kiosk and menu posters.

The kiosk is a small hexagonal yellow building at the end of the Perch Veranda area. There are some red frames on it, intended for menu posters.

Thank you, Mikael! Obviously I must have seen it but just not known what I was looking at. I'll check it out!

Okay, yeah. Had no idea what those 3 red frames would have been for. I was looking for some actual menus.

OK. Stuck !! lol

Am at the Summer House and, from amongst the many items seen here in the many different areas, have garnered a razor strop.
I'm supposed to use it sharpen a pocket knife (not the scissors already found).
But .. after a fruitlessly loooong search .. I've been unable to find a pocket knife mad

Can anyone please give me a hint as to its location please ??

I certainly cannot remember offhand where I picked it up but I'm pretty sure I had it already in my inventory when I picked up the razor strop. Have you gone back to prior locations? Maybe I can take a look.

The knife is in the small locker at the back of the very small house at the Norward location. You'll need something to open the locker though.
