Yes.

I'm a
point-and-click person too.
Going to the keyboard pulls my attention away from being 'in' the game, and I'm simply not good at it. I want to
remain immersed in its environment. Don't like it when I have to look down to position my fingers on whatever keys are required. And if I play in dimly-lit conditions (for added atmosphere), I need to turn on a light to see the keyboard. Ruins the atmosphere; breaks my concentration.
For me, Keyboard-Control is an annoying distraction. The game is my escape from reality, and when I see that a game requires it, I won't buy. Had to remove several good-looking games from my BAAGS list for just that reason. Too bad I had to remove them, but there are many other good games out there that use Point-and-Click interface.
