I have tried to use those 'orbs' only on the Robot puzzles, but am annoyed there seems to be so many repeats of that 'doubletimed' puzzle - I would rather there be more Hanoi Towers or Squares puzzles, I do very well with those. The Squares puzzle is one I remember from my childhood, we made our own on paper with a ruler, pencil and placing the dots, making the whole puzzle as large as the paper would allow. And putting my initials into the boxes I finished. One just has to be careful to watch one's opponent's moves so as to sacrifice as few squares as possible to the other player....and we played with 3 or 4 players too making it much more interesting and fun.As for starting the game all over again, one does not need to do that unless you have used all (2 to 4) the orbs you have and replaying just a level will not give them back to you if you used one/them in that level before running out of time. I wish this was not timed - love so many different puzzles. Has anyone else worked out a visual (video) on the moves for the Pawns games? I did the first one but am stuck on the "leave only 3" marble one and have searched the internet for solutions but have not found one for this.....frustrating. I made it to Level 6 (I think) and can see I am running out of time again, so will have to redo this level, again, and again, and again, etc. Kinda takes some of the fun out of it.

The solution for the pawns are Here. Just print it out and you can follow it move by move. It's the one towards the bottom I believe.

I agree Betty Lou, I tried the robot and got frustrated and ended up using my orbs for those. My game time is too precious to replay the same puzzle over and over and not even enjoy it. lol I did okay on the pawns till the last one and I gave up.

I love this game!!! I like the towers, pawns, pipes and I finally mastered the robot ...the key to the robot is doing spaces three or four ahead of him. I hate the round and round and save my orbs for that in particular.

I would love to find another gamethat is similar to this game if anyone is aware of one.

I loved all the puzzles except the robot and used to save the orbs for that one until I had none to use and decided it wasn't going to beat me....it took me 8 minutes to solve it but I did it in the end! I wish there was more games like this one.

Have you played Pandora's Box? It has a similar quest theme, and the puzzles are wonderful. I replay it all the time. thumbsup

Magicama is also a great puzzle oriented game.

Help - a question - Chapter 7 = the puzzle by numbers - is there a reset for this particular puzzle? I have run out of enough 1's and 2's to subtract from the number I need to achieve and I don't see any way to reset this puzzle.....so I just let my 17+ minutes run out and start all 8 puzzles over again? The save feature (nonexistent) in this game STINKS!

Betty Lou, you don't need to play the puzzles in order, just pass your mouse over the pages and each puzzle will light up in turn; you can choose whichever you want to play first.

If you want to exit the number puzzle just click on the Book button at the bottom of the screen and that will take you back to the table. smile

There is a button on the bottom that changes the grid with new #'s anytime you want. I forget what it is called but i know it was under the puzzle. No need to redo it or let your time run out.

Betty Lou, Big Fish has a help page on the numbers puzzle in Azada. I found it by typing "error" into the search box in the Help area. wink

My plea for help was how to reset that particular puzzle so I can continue to add or subtract, where I am now I am stuck with no usable 1's or 2's to get the answer I need. I have only 2 puzzles in this CHapter to do and one of them is the Robot which I will use an orb on.....I NEED to finish the number puzzle so I can move on to the next chapter. I will go look for that 'grid' mix button. Thanks
Love, Betty Lou
NO Margaret, there is no mix grid or reset button at the bottom of the page. If I cannot get some new numbers on this "puzzle by numbers" I will be stuck and have to let my 17 minutes run out and do the whole chapter over again. Any other suggestions?

Sorry, Betty Lou. I don't know about the reset button myself. I just thought you might find the hints at Big Fish helpful.

Good luck,

Margaret (also stuck on Azada and having to wait for my son to come visit so he can finish a puzzle for me)

Margaret, thank you very much for your help, much appreciated. wink

Betty Lou, that was I that said there was a reset button and I was mistaken. My bad. It is the rune puzzle you can scramble up if need be. Can you take a screenshot of where you are stuck and pause it and I can perhaps can get you unstuck?

HERE is what Margaret was so graciously trying to assist you with.

My apologies to Margaret if I sounded 'snotty', I did not intend to be. And I appreciate her attempt to point out my mistake in NOT reading the rules for this level of that numbers game...thank you Margaret - in my haste to find a way out of my stuckness I overlooked the rules for this particular level, as I assume many others have also done....thanks for helping me find my answers, both of you.
Ana, I have attempted to find the .sav file for this game and cannot locate it on my hard drive. What is the extension this game is using for the save file? And where are they 'hiding' it if it is not with the other game files (it is in C/ProgramFiles/Azada.....etcetera) but I do not know the .??? extension name they are using. I could have saved this file somewhere else (copied it to another folder)and done this often during my gameplay and been able to restore a previous saved game and replayed without having to start the whole game or any one chapter over again, and again, and again. And without knowing what the file looks like I would not be able to email it to you or any other Boomer for you to take a look at it for me. Thanks for any more help you guys can be. I guess I am having a duh moment here.
Love, Betty Lou

I don't think the saved game file for Azada is the regular one like that of adventure games.
What I found is a file of the player's name and it is a file that cannot be opened the regular way.

I might be wrong though.
I found the folder at C:\Documents and Settings\Your computer's name\Application Data\Big Fish Games\Azada\

Thanks Mag, that might be what I (or anyone else) would have to send to BET (Ana) or another Boomie for them to look at to see why I was (I thought) stuck. That could just be it. Strange way to set up a game. AND THANKS to you Margaret and Ana for your help, I am happily (now) playing in Chapter 8.....will holler again for help if/when I get stuck again. I must be quite dense to get so stuck when I have the w/t printed out and in my hot little hands too. grin Hugs to you all

BettyLou, I meant to take a screenshot (picture) not a sav file. If you were stuck on a certain part and think you can't go no further, you can push the Prt Scrn button on your keyboard and then click on paste in Paint. You can send that picture on so that someone can look at where you are stuck.

I am glad you were able to get unstuck. thumbsup

Betty Lou, have you tried going out to the other page you haven't done and orbing the robot and returning to this puzzle to see if it resets. I seem to recall whenever I left a puzzle and went on to another puzzle, it reset the previous one.

Hi Betty Lou, if you're still stuck on the number puzzle (or anyone else is) here's how I got through it.

For example if you have to find 3:

Click on #9, click minus, click #3....you would need another 3 but there isn't one, you can then click minus and use the same #3.

Hope this makes sense and hope it helps.

Betty Lou, no worries. I just thought you had mixed up the names and needed help beyond what I could give.

I used up all my orbs and have been too slow to win any new ones. (Razzed asked earlier about the orbs -- they are earned through working fast, though I'm not sure exactly how.)
