Richard, When you walk up the stairs, before you get to the second set of stairs, look up at ceiling.
You need a tool to get up there.

You have the dreamcatcher. Go to the opposite from the door where you found it. You are in a broken room high in the sky. Go forward to the window and notice a black vortex. Use the dreamcatcher to wake up and uhooohhh. is it that late already??

I found the secret loft and underlined everything, now how do I find Windlapse? Very demanding game. Thanks

There's a book in Nolder's office. Drawer. Underline the reference to Windlapse. More combining here.

What do you need to go to the loft?

Go to the kitchen next to the stove and pickup a stick with a hook on it. Thanks MaG--- I underlined Windlapse but there still isn't another location on the map. What to do next. What should I combine?

How to do the map:

1. Open the red safe at the underground area using the key taken from the smaller drawer at the loft.
2. Howard will see a lot of maps.
3. Go to Nolder's office and open the top left desk drawer.
4. Read the book about Wellsmoth.
5. Look at paper with numbers beside it.
6. Underline the one with the eye symbol and WMT. (Only after you clicked on the eye symbol at Ivar's cabin). Howard should make a comment about the eye symbol and Wellsmoth.
7. Underline the other 3 WMT and symbol beside them, one at a time and then click on the Read/think icon. These actions will then enter symbols 1 2 3 and 4 in the think frame.
8. Go back red safe at Ivar's cabin and look at the map. Click and Howard will take the correct map automatically.
9. Look close at the marking area at top of the safe. Place the map on it.
10. Using the 2 wheels on the right, enter the coordinates for symbol 3 - 07.06 on top and 00.08 at right measuring lines.
Then click on the center square. It will show the coordinates it is placed on. Double check the number and then select 'yes'.
11. Do this procedure for: 05.05 -05.05, 00.03-01.04 and 09.04-02.04.
12 Each time the correct coordinates are marked, the symbol seen for those coordinates will be seen on the map plus an X.
13. Take the map.

How to do the sticks:

1. Be sure to study the statue on the floor at the library in Clarke's house. See that there are 3 sticks in it's compartment.
2. Go back down to the other statue off the dining room.
See that the compartment is closed.
3 of the 6 holes on the top are used to push the sticks that are in the secret compartment so that it will unlock.
Which holes to insert the 3 sticks taken from the loft in Ivar's cottage?
I did this by trial and error. I know only that you can not insert 2 sticks that are aligned top-bottom or else the sticks will 'oppose' each other.
So try to have only one stick at left, middle and right column. Not 2 sticks in any one of those 3 places.
My result is: Top left, top middle and bottom right or if you count clockwise with 1 as the top count: 1, 3 and 6.

I´ve done that underlining, but he just asks what place the markup is.

I´m still not being able to underline the date and E.B in the letters, what have I missed?

After you underlined that Windlapse. Look at the map that has the 4 places you did with the coordinates. Click on Windlapse.

As for date and EB in letters, I had no problem even though I had no clue. I just saw that I needed to underline something so I hunted for them. Try again to use the pen on the date and on EB.

I'm stuck at my 4th nightmare and i'm having trouble with the the little cabinet (where you can get the dreamcatcher) and mainly the puzzle with the 3 discs. I've been trying this puzzle for about one and a half day now (i'm no wizzkid ) and still hasn't got a little light at the end of the tunnel. Can someone please post a solution for this puzzle? TIA!

Glad you got it.

Just in case, my strategy: Study the movements of the 3 tings when they are clicked on. Clicking on the top part and bottom part produces a change in direction of the rotation.

I move the inner and outer rings to make all 3 lines staggered close to each other as they get closer to the top. Then use the middle ring to bring the lines to the top.

When I click on Wolfsprey he says it´s Windlapse, but only wonders where the mark is for.

If I underline the date, he asks "Who will return Where?"
If I underline E.B he says "E.B?"

Guess I´ll have to start over again, only got one save ...
