Just finished and did find the objects quite hard to find. Some are really tiny and are partly hidden behind other objects. Game is rather short and you only have three hints per section. More hints can be obtained by playing a very large version of 'minesweeper'. This I have never been able to play even with just a few squares here there are at least 100. I also found when you use a hint, it doesn't always work!! so hint was wasted.

Hi Daisy,
How do you get to play minesweeper, I used to be pretty good at it. I didn't see the option at all.
Tiny, if they were any smaller they would not be there. However, I didn't really have a hard time finding most of the items. The timer is also generous, unless you click too many wrong items.
I played the hour demo and I like the game, but not sure how much game is left. I think I only got to the second or third level, because I was reading everything, interesting to finally understand the Civil War, never could get who was who, being Canadian, and not much of a history buff at all.
How many levels are there?
Take care, Fo

There are 4 years which I believe means 4 levels. Nice game but I don't think you should be charged time for reading the history part.
While the Minesweeper game fits with the game, I think they could have come up with a better mini-game since I don't know anyone personally that was ever able to win it (myself included). There are 2 other versions of minesweep that at least you have a fighting chance - gemsweep and the one in betrapped. Although I bought the game (sadly it was the CD version a couple of days before BFG released it) I do think it could have been longer and had a better mini-game to get extra hints.
I am really enjoying reading all the history though and the screens and sounds are appropriate to the game's topic/subject.

So many games, so little time.

My9, there you are. Haven't seen you for awhile.
Several people in this thread are playing it now. Some say the items are small and well hidden, but I haven't seen anyone saying they can't click on the items.

This posting is out of place as I didn't realize there were 3 pages, it is in response to Raylins posting.
I actually got through the minesweeper twice and earned 2 hints.
Only 4 years, wow that is a short game. Oh well, I have it now.
What I did notice is that when you replay it, the list of items to find is different but they are all still in the same place.
I didn't have any problems with clicking on anything yet, except once when I wasn't exactly on the item because it was so small.
I had to play one year all over again because I couldn't find a magnet, and most of the items were different which helped me finish the year. I didn't have to look for the magnet anyway.

Hi Dory, Here's the screenshot of the location of all the arrows. I'm finishing up the guide so if you need anything else I will be glad to help. That was a tough one, it took me a little while to find all of them. Arrows 4 Hidden Mysteries Good Luck, Margie B

I remember some are very hard to see on the white colored building. There was one in the grass at the bottom of the screen. One tiny cursor looking one at the bottom right of the screen Ack, I missed that this had been answered.
