HELP! I am in the hall after having assembled the lamp. It shines on the book and the painting. I got the book in my inventory but no matter how I much I click on the painting, it will not come up. I know from reading hints that it is a "find the differences" puzzle, but it won't come up. Am I missing something?

welcome to GameBoomers Osborn, You click the book on the puzzle piece underneath your inventory. The book will then open up into a find the difference painting.

Just keep pulling them. It's actually quite fun. grin Some go on the outside and some stay in. I just start at one side and start pulling them to the edges as much as you can to allow room in the middle to unseparate.

welcome Skyla,

Did you pick up the book from the shelf?
Click the book that you picked up after the lamps were lit and then see if you can also click the puzzle icon.
I really thought that it was automatic to see the picture puzzle.

Great! Have fun, Skyla.

--------
You posted ahead of me - lol

There must be new puzzles at the cement works or there might still be something you missed. Recheck or check the walkthrough.
You might have missed picking up an item.

See the picture of that place and click on the red Xs again - you might miss an ash on the floor or on the fence like thing in the background.

Oh, and I'm stuck on the dang string/thread puzzle, with only 90 seconds left on the timer, sigh.

Dizzy, did you check to see that the email address you are using is the exact same as the one in the patch thread?

Dizzy, that's one of my favorite puzzles! YOu know what it is top look like when you are done right? There is a photo in the walkthrough. Install the timer and do it in leisure. You may find it quite fun.

My,

Patience. You can do it. Do one ball that is tangle at a time. Clear that up and then work on another. It's easier than and like untangling embroidery thread.

Hi All...

I think I better visit my eye doctor because I have looked at all the checked items in Linden Hall part of walkthru but I still cant seem to find the arms for the lamp in the room with the library books (hall on the game map). Can anyone give me specific locations for the skinny minnie metal lamp arm parts? help

I really hated looking for those Spirit. They were the reason I had to do over the level time and again.

Have you checked MaG's walkthrough Here?
In her picture, it is the one in the front left, in the plant by the stair rail and in the bookshelf.
