I can't get to the Lady's sitting room at Lindon Hall because I can't find the report on Lord Lindon at Scotland Yard. I can get his picture, but there is no silohuette of him. Mr. Yelling isn't there either.

Never mind, I got it.

Where is the ring in the Lady's sitting room? I can't do that blasted red box puzzle either.

Tammy, after you finish the string puzzle, it will automatically take you to the ring.

Tammy, unless this game is different, we've had no luck trying to use saved games in Casual games.

Maybe if you leave it for a bit and come back to it fresh you will be able to do it wave

I will probably give up on the game. This puzzle is ridiculous. I like a game where you can enjoy yourself.

Tammy- You might want to try emailing Frogwares politely to let them know your difficulty. I did and they emailed me a solution to my problem. Good luck! I am currently struggling with the string puzzle.

luck

Hey Tammy!

Out of all the puzzles in this game, the string was the one game that made me want to pull my hair out. I tried and tried and I was losing time on the clock.

I did what Ana suggested and I walked away from it for a while. Since at that time I was still playing the timed version, I went to Baker Street and practiced until I got it. Now I can do it without too much hassle.

Do like everyone else said and pull all the middle pieces to the corners as far as possible. Then work on separating them. Separate each corner at a time instead of doing too many pieces at once.

Good Luck but I know that you'll be fine. You'll get a huge sense of satisfaction once you complete it :-)

Hi Sadirose,

Once you assembled the light, it should have one of the lights shining on some of the books in the bookcase. You're supposed to click on those books and a puzzle should appear in which you have to find the differences between 2 pics.

how do I get the token in the clown? I have the token & the clown is upright but I can't get the token in--it keeps disqappearing back into inventory when I click on the icon to close the explanation of the puzzle....Please disregard! I was tryijng to use the gold coin from inventory & did notnotice the token on the left of the screen.
