My Goodness, this game is a marathon. I didn't keep track of my time, but I'm sure it was at least 15-20 hours (and I'm not even sure I'm finished yet.) I found Grandfather Margrave, but my storage room is only 56% full. I'm going through the unlocked rooms now, but I don't seem to be collecting any more objects. I'm confused about the ending. Are they leaving an "excuse" for sequels?

I agree it sounds like a patch is in order. I also contacted Big Fish and they suggested driver update. Upon checking I have the latest drivers. Since so many of us are finding the same problems I wonder about the driver issue. I mentioned this thread to Big Fish perhaps they will check it out. Great game I am continuing with it and yawning a lot during the black outs. Positive side is I can get coffee, turn the washer on, gather dirty dishes all those good things we do on commercial breaks. Gotta look at the donut and not the hole.

Thanks for all your help.I really thought when the screen went black for such a long time that it had crashed ,then it would come on again. As for my other problems.I don't know why I wasn't getting the save and quit message but finally after I installed it 3 times then I updated my video drivers,Direct X and Flash then rebooted, btw I'm playing it on my son's laptop.I've only had one glitch in it so far, when I got to the part to pick up the crest(that was my freezing problem)it froze for a min then I got an error message and it crashed,so I went back into the game and it had brought me back to where I left off and I haven't had any trouble so far....yet.
Thanks for the support.

I have not played, but I am sure you can. Some games require you to complete a section or location in order for the save to work. Have you done that? Ana

Hi Ana,
I was wrong, I just went back and opened the game and I started where I left off.
But I'm thinking, I do have to complete the rooms before I can quit or it won't save, because that already happened, I think.
Thanks, Flo

Hi Jenny,
Yes, it's different objects to find each time, in each room, however, they are all the same objects in all rooms. Usually in a game, different rooms have different things, but this game has all the same things in each room, they are just randomly thrown into different places, and there is just too much of it.
But, that's my opinion, others may enjoy it.
Flo

Jenny P, You seem to have been the only one who's gotten any real answers.I've written them every day since it came out and maybe once they told me to try the Tech section,I hate to say this but I has already that,I'm some of you know I used to be moderator in the Tech Forum so I'm not completely stupid. The las EM I got Dat said use the chat when it's open so I'm going to do that If all else fails I'm going to call them.As for my opinion I'm sure it needs a patch, but that's just me.
I still can't get it to run on my own computer ,so glad I have my sons Laptop, the next thing I'm going to do is try it on my Daughters computer,I've already done all her updates.
Thanks for listening to my ranting, ozma
I like this game it's become a challenge to get it to run properly now. Another thing is how can they say it was the first time they heard of any problems,it seems like everyone who's had problems has written to them.
OK end of rant

I have noticed that the objects seem to get smaller as the game progresses. I almost have the door crest finished and I have noticed another unusual item. While working in a room, if you pause the screen...wait the hints continue to increase but the time does not decrease. Thus giving more clues in a lesser time, which is helpful when the objects are so small and hard to find. Don't know it this is another glitch or intended...but a nice plus if it is an error.

I finished too and got no error message. I guess it was just an abrupt ending. I was disappointed.

Little Red: I had the same question. I finished the crest and found grandfather and I guess the game is over, but I only have 57% of the items in my storage room. I was anticipating a final challenge of finding the stored items, but I guess that's the end of the game. It kind of left me hanging.
Only 6 rooms Bitty Kitty? I counted 16 rooms.
Flo, I was getting tired of looking at the same items also, but then when I got past the halfway point, new items started showing up. That was refreshing except the bad news is that the rooms become even more crowded with stuff.
