Benedict, you may want to check out the comments regarding Syberia for Nintendo DS per Becky's link. The game set up may be more to your liking.
To be released in Oct.

Dear All,

I just wanted to thank all of you for replying to my initial message about Syberia. I guess I have been doubly blessed by first stumbling upon the game and then finding Gameboomers. I love the game and love this community called Gameboomers. Thank you to everybody who has welcomed me in. You are all so helpful and friendly. Also your knowledge about gaming is just awesome. I have been reading all the different websites here at Gameboomers and it is fantastic.

I loved playing Riven, I found the storyline and puzzles so logical but I was stumped by a few puzzles. I bought the Prima guide to help me out. Then I played Exile and then Schizm and both these games cooled my heels. I was stuck in both games right at the beginning. I found it so frustrating I didn't play anything until I came across Amerzone. At last a game that was logical and one I could figure out after some brain teasing. And now with Syberia and Gameboomers I am finally willing to emerse myself in the gaming experience again. I am already looking forward to see which games to play after Syberia. Your Annual Game List is invaluable.

Thank you One and All
Kind Regards and Best Wishes
Raymond
