Hi Diane, You might or might not get to see the sausages, depending upon whether you visit your room back at the Ca at the appropriate time early in the game. It doesn't affect game progress one way or the other, so don't worry about it if you haven't seen them.

(Which I'm sure I probably have anyway, even though it's not the sausages. <G>) Thanks again! Diane

Hi maxcat, You have to find the right sequence for the rods. Find the first rod that stays down when you click on it. Then look for the second rod, that will stay down along with the first. Trial and error until you strike lucky. Then with those two rods down, look for the third, fourth, etc. If you make an error, all rods will release and you will have to start over, repeating the sequence you know to be correct so far and then looking for the next rod in the sequence. It's a memory test. Once all the rods are down then the puzzle is complete for that symbol.

Yes you are in the correct place. The puzzle is not triggered yet. I copied my answer to another gamer here: This means that you did not check ALL the numbers- extensions in the fax machine information. Some of those info has Nancy saying something about them. This in turns triggers those places like the fountain. Listen to the fax machine again.

Hi, MaG! Thanks! I thought of that after I posted my SOS (isn't that always the way ), but I had a few things to do online before returning to the game. Susan

Hi, MaG! LOL! I didn't say I solved the puzzle. I said I thought about buying a Chinese dictionary ! I bought the dictionary and I now know what the symbols represent, but I still don't have a clue in what order to press them. Back to the drawing board, but grateful I'm FINALLY outta the warehouse and away from those blasted robots! Susan

Took me a while on this but ended up on the usual gaming puzzles . I didn't find any reference to it. I might have missed a clue too. - I guess, it's a progression of the Chinese mysticism and is the one presented in the book. The sequence I got by trial and error though.
