How is it possible that this genius can play EVERY game without help? I watch the hint forum and see the rest of us mere mortals stumbling about and pleading for help! I am particularly amazed when there is no logic to solving a puzzle but lo and behold MaGtRo knows the answer. Is he/she laughing at us from Olympus or does Stephen Hawking have an alias. Explain yourself! you are damaging my self-esteem.

I too have long wondered the same thing. I have made my peace with the fact that there are a few people who are simply a lot smarter, cleverer, and quicker than am I. MaGtRo is clearly one of these types. I found it easy to accept, appreciate, and take advantage of that genius. (OK, OK, so I'm also a bit jealous!)

If all the people were heroes, there would be no one to watch the parades.

Oh Gee - Don't do this to me. blush

I am just an experienced adventure gamer. Been playing since late '70s.
I also get stumped. More frequently on moving forward in a game. I miss a trigger or something.
The puzzles that holds me up are arcadey ones. I just remember - I also get stumped by mechanical puzzles.

I ask for help - you betcha!
I ask the developers because usually no one else have or are playing at that time.
If the other Staff or members are playing then, I do ask them too.
I do run out of patience or time or hair. wink

I am just an adventure gamer that is getting old and may soon burn out all my brain cells. lol

When I buy computer games I use to think, no way this game has too many puzzles and I may not be smart enough to figure the game out and it will be trashed as a waste of money. So I wouldn't buy it.

Now I buy the games and Since reading MaG's walkthru and joining Gameboomers I have the confident reassurance that I may not be smart enough to beat a puzzle but MaG is! praise

MaG thanks and hearts for putting a little more fun and joy in our lives as we evade reality for a short time and play computer games. We have the assurance if we get stuck and I usually do at some point, you will be there to lead us to victory. yay

Sherryah, I agree with you!!. I actually depend on MaG. And yes, I believe she is an expert on adventure gaming. It is so nice to know when I'm stuck I can go to MaG's walkthroughs and get help. thanks MaG for always getting those walkthroughs so quickly. I personally don't know how you can keep up ,you certainly have something special. bravo

MaG probably wrote more then 150 WTs. Of course only her can tell us the real count.

And I'll bet she could help on any of those games. thumbsup

Thank you very much. You do make me blush. I am glad I can help. That is mainly the reason I do them.

Let's face it, I'm getting old(er).
But I'll keep on trying as long as I can do it. smile

I do count on at least 30-40 years more myself though - and hoping I'll be able to enjoy your WT's that long too!
