OK, so I confirm, all players who already bought the game are entitled to 50% discount on the remastered edition, wherever they live, based on the price of their territory. the Game will be available from Thursday at the same time than the demo. There are only 3000 discount codes that we reserve for people not having proof of payment, so first people served
Exactly what would be considered to be Proof of Purchase? Receipts tend to fade to white in these parts

I received mine today as well and I was a bit puzzled on the shipment method... then I got to the end of the web forms and saw it was available as a download only. I'll order it up tonight. Edit - Well I went to the SherlockHolmes-TheGame site and tried to enter the discount code, and it didn't accept it (the price didn't change). When I attempt to order from frogwares, it states I'll have to pay in Euros -- tsk, tsk... I'll send another email. Edit again - Went to the original (nexway) web site - entered the code and nada... No discount

When you sent a E-mail what did you say in it to get the discount coupon. I played the demo but it's been a long time that I played the first game and I don't remember what it looked like.

Thanks, Chief I am downloading the demo...To see if I don't get sea-sick.. Also I hope Interact gets the game  EDIT: I am 10 minutes in to this Wonderful Remastered Game No sea-sick at all... I want to Thank Frogwares for listening to its game players & following up on this Splendid remastered game !!! I now have to have the full version...If anyone can tell me if it will be out on Hard Copy...If Not...Then I will most definitely have to pay & download... Thanks, Again ..Frogwares

Hello, the discount codes sent by Frogwares are usable only in Frogwares shop ( www.frogwares.com). Prices are detected automatically depending on your location, so if you are in Euro zone, you'll have to pay in Euros, that is the law... To use the discount coupon, you just put in the box used at this effect in the basket checkout. it's the first time we do such wide commercial operations, and we probably need to guide some players better than the other, do not hesitate to ask us information. also important information : The retail version won't be available in the US before Q1 2009.

The new discount code arrived, and the game has been downloaded. Unfortunately, it fails to play because - a.) The original version required no Key Code, this one does (and none was provided). b.) It looks for the CD/DVD to be present in the drive (and there is none). Using the original has no affect of the game. Edit - All resolved - the key was located in an invoice (emailed). Once entered, it no longer looks for the CD. I really like the new look - keep em coming Frogwares

I sent them an email on Monday and am still waiting for a reply from them with the discount code. What are they asking for as to proof of purchase so I can have it ready for them when I get the reply?

Frogware I just sent an email for my discount coupon and less than an hour I had my coupon number. This is what I call good customer relations.
