Did you load the save I sent? We'll have to wait for MaG, I got the save from her.

In the save you got from TLC are all the chemicals gone?
If so then grab the key at the top and drag it to the bottom of the screen.
If there are chemicals left make sure you don't hit them as you drag the key down to the bottom of the screen.
It should fall into a slot outside of the room.

yes the chemicals are gone,the claw is in bin 1.i move it up to key and soon as claw touches it. it blows up

That one didn't have the key either? My gaming laptop is being repaired and can't check the saves.

Are you sure you're loading the right save, in the load screen? I just checked my email with the save from MaG, I sent you "25 chemicals done2", so you should be able to pick up the key on the slot.

Are you placing the file sent in the Haunting folder in My Documents?

yes i have the save 2 done in my documents.and my game.i still get the same thing.claw is inside bin 1.when i move it up to key and touch it ,it blows.i,m i doing some thing wrong?

I sent you a saved game. This I checked. Here all you do is pick up the key on the slot below the closed window.
