Need help please. Is there any patches for jack keane we are having a strange thing happens. In chapter 1 after i untie the rope on the paltform after it goes down and up Jack justs walks off the paltform and is gone from the screen and cannot get him back on the platform. Has anybody else had this problem.

There was a patch for the German version of this game, but none for the English version (as far as I can tell). I would suggest restoring to a previous save and seeing if you can get around this problem that way.

I also had weird problems with this game like the one that you describe; I believe that it was released in a somewhat buggy state (although perfectly playable to the end in spite of the problems). Whether a player experienced these problems or not seemed to be entirely hit or miss.
