I am FINALLY able to say I got something from BFG. A beautiful postcard came today with ad re Ravenhearst with a picture on it when you move it. Am noW a 'member of the FREE GIFT FROM BIG FISH CLUB.

I got my mug, and the Ravenhearst cd. Thankfully the mug was in perfect condition, and I am drinking my morning coffee out of it as I write. I think it is wonderful that BFGames does this sort of thing.I have gotten so used to not have a good experience with customer services at other companies. It is very refreashing to deal with a company like BF. Thanks again BF for and BFG-Guy for running such a classy company.

I only got a holographic postcard. I bought the game a few days after it came out, maybe that was the catch.

Patricia, the mug was for buying X amount of certain casual games during OCT.

The game was sent to those who had bought the original Ravenhearst, as I understand it.

I got my mug, but it was missing a piece. The funny thing is that the piece was not in the box so I think it was shipped broken by the jobber. I will let Big Fish know tomorrow and am saving it all so I can send it to them if they want (I don't think they should have to repay the postage if it was shipped already broken). I did not get Ravenhurst CD but wonder if that might come seperately or if it came in the mug box?

I did get the postcard on Saturday. I got home really late from my son and I was going crazy about this postcard like a kid. It is a really cool postcard. I remember loving those kind of cards when I was a kid, but this one is much better, Rose totally disappears from in front of the gate. Thanks BFG, got it sitting right with my computer!

I received my mug and the cool postcard, but not the disc. I re-downloaded my original Ravenhurst in the days before #2 came out to get in the mood. Maybe I bought it too long ago to qualify for the disc. Anyway, Thanks Big Fish! Love your site and the way you take care of your customers.

I got the gift certificate for titanic last week, then today I just received the holographic postcard, and the full.cd version of the original ravenhurst.So, a Triple whammy within a week. Thank you so much BFG.

I got the postcard yesterday. Rose is so mysterious--fading in and out. BFG is the greatest. I had bought the solution guide for Return to Ravenhearst and was disappointed that I could not print it from the program. I did a chat with BFG and tried a solution they suggested, but it did not work satisfactorily. So BFG refunded my money. I really appreciate the customer service department at BFG.

Felix came to my house today. My husband happened to be home this morning and brought in the mail. I grabbed the box and was screaming like a kid at Christmas. Really, he is so cute and will watch me play my BFG at my computer.

I got my 2nd Octoberfest gift yesterday -- the Ravenhearst artwork. Very nice! My free Ravenhearst game came a couple days before that and my Octoberfest mug last week. I also got a free coupon to give to someone for MCF Huntsville. Such great gifts!

I'm feeling somewhat left out. All I got was the holographic postcard.

I rescued my cohort at works postcard from the garbage. She threw it away! I asked her if she had lost her mind! She gave it to me. Then she said she was giving her fish to her dog when it comes in January (that is her year end). I told her she needs to give it to me and I'll buy her pup a toy. Some people just don't get it!

I had ordered enough games from Octoberfest to get a mug, but I could not get Casebook to work so I got a credit from BFG for another game to replace it. Since I got that credit and did not have enough games for a mug without it and it was after Octoberfest ended, will I not get the mug now?

I do not come to this forum very often but had a question forming in my mind about my latest BAAGquisition in the Wonderland Adventure series "Mysteries of Fire Island" and decided to check here first - and found this topic. I too received a blank (not filled in) postcard from BigFish in a business envelope, determined I am to use this 'gift certificate' to pass on to a friend who may be able to use it - and it is for the Hidden Expedition Titanic game - I have to assume I am to pass it on since I already have the full version of the game. (Catsmom, check your email) And I am curious as to just how this will work - it is for a download only game (no CD is mentioned on the card) - does the gift cert. recipient have to pay a subscriber monthly fee to redeem this card? It says "open your account" or words to that effect and I don't know what this means. Thanks
