Supper with friends was canceled because of the weather so I thought I'd get back to this game.
I have a major problem.
My game keeps crashing after I use the bellow filled with water on the furnace. Really weird that it should crash like this. Had no problems with the game play until now.
Hope someone has a saved game to get me out of the office. I'm so close to the end.

Hi RAL,

This game is still on my "to play" pile, hopefully someone else will have a save for you. :wave12:

RAL,

There's a long cutscene after that part I think.
I don't have a saved game just after. I have one a bit after that.

You can:
1. Lower your video-audio acceleration.
2. Send me a saved game and I'll see if I can play just after a cutscene.

How do I lower my video-audio acceleration?
I crash at the point that after putting out the fire I get the start of a cutscene of the outside.

I'm going to send you my saved game with the water on the floor.

***EDIT***
I put Effects to 0% and it solved my crashing problem.

Thanks

I had to replay from arena, your saved game crashed on me too.
It's on the way even though it's late.

Hi MaG

Kind of glad that my saved crashed on you too. Means that there's nothing wrong with my computer grin

Finished the game.
Really enjoyed it.
Thanks for all your help.

Looking forward to Chapter 2. Any idea when it's going to be released?

I don't know. Maybe soon because I hear that it's already done.

I am just about to start this game. However, I saw somewhere that a patch may be needed. Is it really needed and if so, where is the best place to get it? Thanks a lot.

Hi Laurette,

HERE'S the link to the thread in Discussions which gives download details for the patch. Some members have played the game without the patch without any problems, while others have had trouble, so I'd say it's up to you. smile

Since it's Christmas Day, I probably won't get an answer until later, but... I downloaded the patch for this game (the voices were running together in conversations), but don't know where to install it. Thanks again for any help.
