Ana -- that must be my evil twin. lol

A character who sparkles when she moves? I'm guessing Everlight. A character who generates lightning when she moves? Hmmm. That's more difficult.

Am I totally off-base as usual?

I have two ideas for this so I'll go with one, though I don't see it recently used (maybe I missed it?).

A Vampyre Story

I missed it too Becky. A Vampyre Story it is. I'm curious what other game you had in mind.

There's a banshee in Simon the Sorcerer 4 who seems to elicit lightning strikes when she answers the door and speaks (not to mention other side effects mentioned in conversations).

Clue 1: (About a character in this game). Femme fatale -- black wig?

No, but good guess. Something about our femme fatale recalls a broomstick, but she's not supposed to be a witch.

The femme fatale's alter ego is as cute as a button.

A much more recent game than Pepper's. grin

Our femme fatale has a role similar to the "Mystery Woman" played by Carrie Fisher in the movie: "The Blues Brothers." Except that this femme fatale shows up in advance of the roué/cad, rather than trailing him.
