They are definitely randomly generated. As a guess I'd say that a complete set is probably not gained until you play on the silver level. If you start a new game with your same character and choose silver you keep all your inventory, chest and stats so if you've saved parts of a particular set you can keep looking for the missing parts.

It is strange that one cannot get a complete set at any level. Is it true that if you die on the silver level that you have to restart the whole game? I'm not sure but I think that you just go back to your last activated place. I haven't seen any remarks on the Sacred boards about this one way or another. You can set your game to pick up only items of certain colors (ie gold or above) and makes it easier to see if your getting set items or not. I guess the designers wanted people to hunt for set items and therefore made it harder to complete a set. Don't think I like that aspect. I would have preferred some special quests that got pieces of the sets as rewards.

Hi- I went into some of the caves on the Seraphim Island, I got a quest to kill another big beast, which I did, I went back to the beast that gave me the quest and he has sent me into a swamp area to look for some people. I also got a really good amulet and another piece of Armour. I also picked up book 5, but still have not found book 1, have all but that so far and I think I am on level 5. maggie I will be off the computer for four days, John and I are taking some time and going to Laughlin, Nevada.

Maggie I would need to know a little more info before I could advise you. What chapter are you in? It appears to be the final chapter. Look on your map and see where the orange circle is. That's where you need to go. If you're where I think you are then just go in the direction of the orange triangle on your mini-map and keep the wall on your left at all times and you will eventually get there.

Rowen Yes, I am in the last chapter, I have looked all over the room I enter after the elevator and can find no other places to go, my arrow is telling me to go that way. I will try the A and D keys tonight when I play and see what happens. Oldman, I will look for the orange circle, but I am following the orange triagle, will let both of you know this evening. Thanks so much to both of you Maggie _________________________________________________________________ Oldman and Rowan Got the game finished and I just loved it. I think I got most of the quests done and found all the books except the first one. You were right on the A and D and sticking to the wall. The ending was great, I know I will play it again. Thanks again for both of your help. Amazing story and from what I can tell they will do a Sacred 3, from the hint at the end.

L4l- I would recommend this game to anyone, it is great, runs a close second to The Witcher, so I think that is saying alot. I do hope we see a Sacred 3 as they hint for more. Yes, I enjoyed it very much, would not of finished but for Oldman and Rowan, they were a big help to me. Maggie

Glad you got through it and had fun Maggie. Did you ever do the original Sacred? I enjoyed it more than sacred 2.

Congratulations, Maggie! I loved this game, too! I'm currently replaying it on the silver level. Even though I thought I was fairly thorough the first time I am still finding new areas that I had missed. Last time I finished at level 42 but I am currently already on level 40 and am only about halfway through Ch 2. This is the first game I have ever replayed back-to-back. I've enjoyed it so much. One of the things I like is the fact that every cave and dungeon is different so there is never a chance of boredom. I highly recommend this game to any Divine Divinity fans.
