Hi Subsoap, I downloaded and installed the link that I got from you in an e-mail yesterday. It takes me back to where I left off. The level requirement still shows to fill the purple bar in less than one minute, and to get $13000. The money I can get, but the bar is not even half full and it is showing 58, which I presume means seconds.Even if a good run of cards comes up, it is well nigh impossible to fill that bar in less than one minute. Hope you can help, as I am really enjoying the game, and I usually do not play solitaire or match 3 games.

Hi ya Andrew and to GameBoomers. We love it when developers take the time to give us feedback. So, do those who already have installed the game just need to redownload to get the longer times? And will that affect their saved game?

Hi Subsoap and Andrew, thank you for responding so quickly. I downloaded the new link and it does not show a build number--it never did, but the level still requires the bar to be filled in less than one minute. I did quit the game before the level was over, so I am going to complete the level (knowing that I will fail it), and see what happens when I have to replay it--maybe the time requirement will change. I will keep you posted.
Doreen
That did the trick. When I had to start level 7 again, the requirement changed to fill the bar in under 2 minutes. Thank you both.

Dorish, I would never have finished it in less than 1 minute either. The big thing for me is I get so excited moving the cards, sometimes at the end I have clicked finish on the game and didn't realize until too late I didn't click on a resource for the pet and lost it as the game ended. This has an interesting storyline. Remember if you see anything that you would like changed, or fixed, make sure you email Brian. He is quick for every paid version he sends out the newest update without us even going to his website. That is truly service. Thanks Brian!

Hi, BFG-Guy! I'm super excited! Just think of how excited you are to get and play the full version from BFG tomorrow, and multiply that feeling by a thousand: this is how I feel. We worked on this game for 9 months, and it's finally ready for the world to play it. I only hope that it does well so that we can make more games in the future. Please help us to make this game get to the #1 spot on BFG! Once it has released, tell your friends about it; MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, e-mail. Maybe send an e-mail forward to everyone that you know? With your help, I know we can get the game to #1! Now, who's going to stay up with me and celebrate the game's release? Brian

Sorry subsoap but I have to get up to go to work at 4:30 am which would give me 2.5 hours of sleep. I promise to download after work though! BFG-Guy, as always good to see you! Thanks for the news! Ana

It's a very tall order for a solitaire game to get to #1, I don't think any ever has, even fairway solitaire (another fun one) didn't make it(peaked at #3). A great solitaire game will sell big, but other genres are pretty massive to overcome.

HOGs do out perform everything. This is known. Fairway did get to #1 on your Mac chart though. We are doing a Mac build soon, and of course localizations. Hopefully they will do well too. It's live! Faerie Solitaire Watch the video it's pretty cool!

Hi Brian and BFG Guy! See Brian, I told you everyone who loves Solitare would love your game! BFG Guy, thank you for releasing this through your game portal. Personally I had more fun playing it even than fairway Solitare. So I hope it outsells Fairway. The storyline keeps me intrigued in the adventure mode. I am so happy now that people can enjoy the game at a reduced price. I know this hindered alot of people buying the game because of economic situations. I am honored to be listed in your credits as one of your game testers, and it will always be high on my list of favorites. I have nearly finished the adventure part of the game just to let you know Brian. The best part about this game is each time we play it, it will feel like a new game, with the random pets, resources ect. EDIT...................... I just thought of this, Brian when you said it took 9 months, that is how long it takes for a full term baby to birth. Congratulations!

Hi Sherryah, I have just completed the adventure part of the game. Are you supposed to fill all the boxes with pets? I got 21 and 20 evolved, but there are still empty boxes. Also, it looks as though there could be a sequel from the way the adventure part of the game ends. I was going to try the challenge section, but that dreaded fill the purple bar in less than one minute is in the very first challenge, so AIN't going there.

dorish, Statistically it is possible to get and evolve all pets during one play through; however, this may not always happen... the game does support starting over as was requested by players. Once you complete the game, you can go back to adventure mode and start it over, keeping all of your previous stats, money, and pets for the next play through. There will be a sequel (hopefully) which will continue the game's story. For Faerie Solitaire 2 we want to do a lot more, and make an even bigger game, as there were some things left out in the first game that we just didn't have the time to do right. If you contact me at support at subsoap . com I will see about getting you a special version of the game with slightly easier challenge mode levels. Brian

Brian:
I hope your offer to provide a special version with easier challenge mode levels was for everyone who needs it.
If so, thank you for providing that special version for some of us who are terrible at anything that requires speed and/or dexterity.
Also thanks to BFG for such an interesting game!
