Which part of the puzzle are you stuck at, cigar?

I get confused with all of it,maybe old age is catching uo to me.

The icon of Martha Tabram isn't in your inventory, it is already on the wall map. Check the correct wall map at Baker St and the icon will be (I think) at bottom right of screen for you to pick up and place.

How do you combine objects in the inventory?

To combine inventory items, click on the first item and drag it over to the box containing the second item. If they can't be combined, nothing will happen. If there are more than two items to be combined, you have to combine two first and then drag the result over to the box containing the third.

I need a save at Middlesex street so I can go to the end of the game.I just cannot get all the stuff before that,please

What am I doing wrong.I used the save you sent,but I do not see any group of men with Isaac at end of street.

I thought that it is your first time at Middlesex St.
I sent you the second run at Middlesex.
