Safc, the Publisher closed their doors. If the developers can get a publisher and finish a few things, it may see the light of day.

The game has been advertised again at the Gamescom last august by Akella, I will get in touch with them and see if this time they found a more reliable publisher!

Thanks Carla wave, I hope you can bring us some good news thumbsup.

I am one that ordered my copy last year also, from interact. So I really want to hear good news about this game. I haven't asked for my money back yet, because I have just been holding on to hope.

InteractCD doesn't charge till they ship. I have preordered lots of games from them and never got charged ahead of ship date.

Thanks for the info Ana thumbsup,

Does that mean even if I use Pay Pal because that is what I have used. I thought it took the money right out of my checking account. If I remember correctly I thought it did. Well that was a while back. And I am not getting any younger and my memory isn't as well headscratch.

Trinny, you and anyone else that paid for Dead Mountaineer via paypal ONLY, did indeed pay when preordered (that is how paypal works) so Dave said you can pick out any 19.99 game in it's place and he'll send it to you and cancel the DM order.

Thanks again Ana,

So if I want to do that, I just email Dave at Interact and let him know what game I would like that cost the same 19.99. And cancel the other order. I guess I will now, have to think of which game I would like to have that I don't have happydance. Whenever Dead Mountianeers Hotel does come out I will diffently order it again thumbsup.

That's all you have to do TRinny, and you don't have to do it immediately, obviously, don't pick out something you are not crazy about, just keep in mind you have the credit waiting when you want it.

Too Late Ana I already ordered "Still Life 2", which I been wanting. I already ordered from Dave earlier today which was "Last Half of Darknesss Beyond the Spirit Eye" I wanted to play it before the new one comes out, and didn't have enough money to buy "Still Life 2". So Dave is sending the 2 games out in the mail tommorow to me. Thanks to you Ana I can look forward to 2 games instead of one coming to my Post Office in a few days yay.

Exactly!....A favorite thing for me, is to play along and share the journey during a game. Not always, but , sometimes.....it can be really cool to, if you will, get stuck/unstuck along the journey together...can be with several people..are you up for it? Anybody else interested? Still Life 2 or Spirit's Eye 2??? Let's go! Fun Fun.

I still remember a classic time when I was playing Myst for the very first time and was stuck at one point and a member of the family walked passed and said 'have you tried turning around?' lol that did the trick!!
