I have four colored disks. Two from monkey games, one from the deep and one digging. Where are the other two?

The dials are found:
By beating the far-right monkey at a game
From Caridad's chest
From the bat cave
At Halfmoon Reef
From the rock at Blue Hole
From the metal disk wheel at Shark Cove

Have you read the journal page which mentions the diving at Blue Hole?

You'll need a glowstick to dive, if you haven't one already. Speak to Johnny, he can help you.
