For me the biggest let downs are the Syberia games. So disappointing. I just booed at the screen over and over...

I have to say Nancy Drew Ransom of the Seven Ships and Mysterious Island 2. I probably will not finish them. They were hard for me even with Mags walkthrough. I may try to finish them one of these days whenI get an interest to.

I was very let down by Paradise. I enjoyed Syberia a lot, particularly as it had solid gameplay, but Paradise was riddled with so many bugs, confusing scenes and nonsensical plot, it has put me off trying a Benoit Sokal game again

The 4 biggest letdowns that immediately come to mind are:

1. Missing Since January
2. Conspiracies
3. Nancy Drew: Ransom of the Seven Ships
4. Still Life 2

Venus you are right. I had forgotten about Kings Quest 8. I loved all the previous games but that chapter really changed the direction of the series.
