Unfortunately, it looks as though I won't either, and I would also love to play the game. Oh, well, I would prefer a disk version anyway. Perhaps the Italian version will be findable in that form at some point.

I've given up now .... If an English voiced over disk version ever appears for trade or sale - from a private individual or at trading site - I'll go for it. But otherwise that's it for me

Here I am! Sorry if I didn't answer before, my computer decided to kill itself, I've just formatted everything and I'm back online. So, I played Tale of a Hero and I enjoyed it very much, it was spoken in english with italian subtitling (I can't remember if you can turn the subtitling off, but I can ask to the italian publisher). I bought the game from Adventure Game Shop, they are very nice and professional, the only problem though I can see is that the italian version got all the in game captions in italian, and the same for all the objects in the game! So, be prepared with a translater italian/english, or alternatively send me a message and I will be happy to help! And, the people from the site are good friends of mine, any problems, just let me know and I will get in touch with them.

Venus, they normally accept Paypal, so you can pay in Euros with your Paypal dollars account (or you wanted to pay in another way?) I've just have a look and they have only 1 used hard copy of the game, otherwise it's digital delivery.

Thanks, Ana! Glad you got everything worked out, Mad! You'll probably be able to start before me. Let me know what you think. I am having trouble creating an account. Everything is in Italian, and I've been using Babel Fish, which is only somewhat helpful. I'm guessing that CAP means zip code and Localita means state, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know if this is correct? Also, I don't see any option to choose US as country. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it. I would love to be able to play this game. EDIT: Also, I'm assuming it does, but I want to make sure that this game runs on Windows 7 64 bit?

Thanks, Carla! I have filled that part out now. Unfortunately, I don't see an English flag, and it was the first thing I searched for. Also, I don't see the option to select US as my country. EDIT: Never mind; I figured out how to create an account from a different page. Looks like I'm good now. EDIT 2: Looks like I spoke too soon. I was able to create an account without a problem, and it recognizes my password on that site. However, when I select "Download" for the game, it opens a new tab in Italian and asks for my password again. And it doesn't recognize it for some reason! I've tried several times just in case I typed it incorrectly, but it keeps refusing to work. Does anyone have any suggestions? This seems like an adventure game puzzle in and of itself.

Thanks, Carla! Yes, I created my account there, but when I select "download" from the Tale of a Hero page, it opens a new tab. This tab doesn't have any flags to change the language, and the sign in doesn't work for some reason. It won't accept my password. I'm not sure if I have to create another account, but I wouldn't think so. I would think that the area it directed me to is connected. Anyway, hopefully Carlo will have some answers.

Venus, I emailed Carlo, hopefully he will pop in and sort the problem out. UPDATED: Venus, I had a look at the FAQ, and I think you have to register twice because the download server is not handled by the same company Why the customer has to do a double registration? A double registration is requested because the digital delivery platform is run from Digital River and they manage all the digital part of Adventure Game Shop.

Thanks, Carla For all your help....But I am a little sceptical right now on the order... Seems too much trouble to get a simple download.... Hope a USA website gets this game in the future for download....

That would really be wonderful Tol! Please keep us posted, because we were already thinking to translate the text from italian to english, but if you guys will issue some kind of patch would be even better!

Thanks, Carla! Unfortunately, that leads me to the same problem I was experiencing before - how do I select my country? I don't see it on the list. Thanks, Tol, that would be great!! Yes, I agree with Carla, a patch would be even better. Now if I could just get the game itself.

You are right Venus, I tried in different way and I noticed that you can get Tale of a Hero only if you select Italy as your country, and doing that everything is in italian language. Carlo emailed me back and he said that tomorrow he will be here to answer any question, let's see if we can work out an easier way to get the game

I'm sure you'll get sorted, venus Carlo_AProd was immensely helpful to me once we were able to get in touch. [For some reason, I still don't receive the emails he sends but he's hoping to get that fixed too !!]
