This game has generated a lot of questions. The previous thread was a little long. I've stickied it so please check that thread before asking for help. It is quite possible that your question has already been asked and answered. But if you don't find what you are looking for, feel free to ask. We have not as yet found a walkthrough for this version of the game, so you might have to be patient until a vet of the game stops by. And J&K vets, thanks so much for your invaluable help in getting others through this game.

Tomco says: Greetings--I'm still reading the threads from the other Jekyll & Hyde and they are proving to be very useful. BUT-it sure would be helpful if there was a walkthru. I have one gold wing but I cannot find the horse to attach the wing. Need small hint. I am in the room where the skelton is at the table. I picked up the diary and the rope.

Tomco...I'm so glad you got it! Actually, L4L means I'm Looney For Labs, but most people take it the same way you did. Actually, I am just looney for dogs. We have 4...a chocolate lab, a flat coated retriever, a heeler mix, and a husky mix. I would love to have 4 labs though.

Robbo says: Karma, the 'buttons you push' are the parts I mean.
Giogio, Re: console puzzle: What you have to do is click, to make disappear, 2 consecutive box patterns of the same type. Ex: Click the top group of 4 boxes. Then click another group of 4 boxes. Keep repeating consecutive clicks of same # groups. I don't remember how many times you have to do this before the fires from the skulls begin. (thanks to Gamil for this solution) The Skulls: Be Hyde, approach from the front so the camera changes to a closer view. Aim for the 2nd column, when the flames are about to go out, press 1,2,3, climb up the second column, climb left onto the sticking out rock, then jump left onto the stairs.
Thanks Robbo for all the help.

giogio, I'm in the process of doing a walkthrough for the game (at least up to the point where I get stuck) and have just had a go at that puzzle. Fraid I can't work it out either, I'll have another go and report back if I find the secret.
Later... Well, I had a go at it and managed to do it by accident! Although I did break off and have Jekyll go snoop around near the fire jets and got him to try and climb up the left side. Maybe that triggered something because as soon as I click the top left block on the puzzle, it solved. Weird!

Tomco asked: Robbo-I'm in mines of Chronos(bottom of page 7 of your walkthru). After I jump the chasm do I go straight ahead or turn up to go to the tunnel? It would appear that my time is short in doing this part.

Tomco, once over the chasm go right and climb up, can't remember the exact direction after that but its upscreen and a bit more climbing to do.
Just had another look at that area > once you get to the other side, climb up onto a flat area, go upscreen for a bit, and at the upper right corner you'll see some stone slabs that look like steps. The exit is up there.

maverick, I can't see page numbers, which bit do you mean, 'page 4', can you copy some of the text so I can locate the area you mean?

Thanks all,
I finally got it. Once I was lost and then found and now I am lost again. I'm still playing Jekyll & Hyde. How do I use the spear to get Horn 2? I survived the swinging axes got to the statue, put on one horn and realized I didn't have the second horn. Jekyll keeps saying, "The idea is good, somehow I must figure out a way to use the spear." I, too am in the same predicament.
Robbo, thanks for all your work in doing this. The game is fun again.
Maverick
One more question about the 1st maze. Am I supposed to find something along the way or when I get to the end? Is there a purpose for this maze?
Thanks again,
Maverick

Assuming you have the spear: Go back into the mines. Go along the top tunnel and follow the tracks. Go down the small tunnel to right of tables. See a stalagmite at the end (this depends on you reading the page near where you found the spear, otherwise J doesn't know about the stalagmite), hit it with the hammer = (encrusted) KEY. Combine bottle with bowl and key to get CLEAN KEY. Use key to open the grille, take the left tunnel and get STRAW, POT and WOOD. Put the wood and straw in the fireplace, light the fire, add pot and tar and use spear on the pot,to get STICKY SPEAR. Go back to the 'golden glow grille' in the complex, use spear to get HORN 2.

Thank you! You are the best~ I have been standing in from of the grill trying to combine items. I should have realized that the fireplace was highlighted for a reason. Clever game creaters - clever you for figuring it out.
Are there any actual directions for Maze 1? I have survived the blades twice, gone up and down stairs and am getting absolutely no where at all. Robbo you certainly have helped with your WT, but I am having a lot of trouble with this game. Any and all help appreciated.

Just saw your post, maverick. I'll go back to the game, see if I can map the maze. Hang on!
OK, here you go. A screenshot of Maze 1: http://www.flickr.com/photos/52375828@N02/5397381107/in/set-72157625930088076/
Hope the link works - it looks terribly complicated!. And I think you'll have to highlight and paste it into your web browser.
One solution for the switches is 2, 4, 2, 5, 1 and 6. Directions are Forward, Right, Left, L, F, R, L, R, R, L, R, through the cage, R, R, L, L, then to the target room. (check this on the map) If you print the map out, you can have it by your side to refer to.
Heres the switches for mazes 2 & 3: (not absolutely positive about the maze 2 switches as I would have to play all the way through maze 1 just to get to the 'untouched' maze 2, but assuming all these are closed at the outset): switches 5 3 6 7 1 4
Fairly sure about maze 3: 6 4 5 3 7 2 8

If anyone has problems with the Constellations Puzzles, hopefully they can see this solution.
Just to recap from the WT: see the notches on the drums. Each has to match the position 'heightwise' of the corresponding main stars on the diagram on the wall.
Number 1 is THE TWINS: Letter the drums A, B, C & D. Click on the 'D' up-arrow so the notch on D is at the top. Click on the 'C' down-arrow so it's notch is at the bottom. Click on the 'B' up-arrow twice. Click on the 'A' down-arrow twice.
Number 2: LEO Click the down arrows so that all the notches are in a line at the bottom. Now click 'B' up twice, then 'D' down once, B up 1, B down 1, B up 1, B down 1.
Number 3: SAGITTARIUS: Start with all notches down. C up 2, C down 1, then repeat: D up 1 and C down 1 until solved.
Number 4: HERCULES: Start all down. A up 1, B down 1, A up 1, B down 1, C up 1, A up 1, A down 1.

Well, yes, theres a purpose, it tells you in the walkthrough!
Gosh, how many posts do you need to get out of 'shy' mode? I'm approaching 100 (posts, I mean, not years), maybe I'm close lol!
