I honestly don't remember. I know it wasn't a perfect score though. I was thinking about going back in to where I last saved it and trying a few things. I'll let you know when it ends again.

Hi everybody. I have finally finished the game----with lots of help from the You-Tube full walkthrough. I ended up with 204 points including getting and reading Mannanan's letter and also the spying as a fly on the bandits in the tavern. I really don't know how I missed the other 6 points, but if any of you has an idea about that, I'd appreciate it. I probably will replay the game soon because I'm determined to get the full 210 points. By the way, the You Tube walkthrough ending showed 202 points, so I guess I didn't do too bad after all. Ok, I fed the roast to Mannanan instead of the eagle. Am I now stuck for getting the eagle feather?

Let's wait for help for you here. I don't know the changes in the REDUX version of the game.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I kept waiting for the eagle to drop his feather like he did in the other versions, and it never happened. Then I went to the YouTube Walkthrough because I was stuck, and I noticed that you are supposed to put the roast on the cliff so the eagle will eat it and drop a feather. Unfortunately, Mannanan kept being hungry so I had already been forced to feed him the roast!

A second alternative for the eagle is the dead fish found in the net outside the general store, by the docks.

The fish however is one food item that you cannot feed Manannan (you will die because he knows you left home)

Huh. Didn't think about that. I guess I assumed that the fish was glowing because it was needed for a spell. Interesting that Manannan knows you went to town if you give him a fish, but not if you give him some of the bears' bottomless porridge. lol Thanks! That really helped.
