Yep, The Longest Journey lived up to it's name.
Add Black Mirror into the grab bag for longevity.

I should pull out my Zork Nemesis to replay.

I played Journeyman Project I but not 2 and 3. Do you have to play all of them in a sequence? How was #2?

2 was an intriging game, different places to explore and some funny lines. Tough puzzles. The viewing screen area is quite small, though (I assume the same was true for JP 1, so you may be used to it). I didn't finish the game, as I got stuck in one of the areas and never puzzled my way out.

I liked 2 and 3. Didn't care for 1 so much.
It's not absolutely necessary to play them in order. Each game is fairly self-contained.

JeanK, I have played all 3 games and know you do not have to play them all, BUT you do cheat yourself out of some tasty gaming goodness if you don't at least try them all. I wasn't that happy with 1 since it needed help running. Buried In Time is my favorite though. It is the best of the 3 games, IMO. I agree with Jenny100. I do like Legacy, but the sound is odd on my XP. It plays ok other than that, but it doesn't have the heart OR all the actors of BIT, still it holds its own with what it does have. Legacy is a little harder and longer, larger in ways too.

I measure how long a game takes me in weeks not days !! woozy

I just don't know how you people manage to finish games as quickly as you do.
The only way I'd be able to do it would be to do nothing but play for hours on end lol

I only really like to start playing an AG when I know I've got time to keep going without too many breaks, usually not possible but thought the last bank holiday weekend was a good opportunity to indulge for hours on end in BM3 lol (it was bliss!)

Good for you, chrissie laugh

MaG puts me most to shame though.

She's often played the game and written the walkthrough whilst I'm still getting the disk out of the box !!!! lol

Ain't that the truth Mad. And somehow, she seems to find the time to actually enjoy them too!
