Am at the anonymous graves. w/t says "see closeup of gravestones," I can't see how that can be accomplished. He keeps saying ok...."
Thank for any help.

Laurette,

Which walkthrough are you using?

The closeup of the anonymous gravestones happens only after talking to the priest and the gravedigger and you have the list given by the priest.

MaG: I've talked to the gravedigger and priest and have the list. Do I need to talk to one or both again? Thanks.

I went back and talked to priest again. The talk icon keeps showing where Daren asks about his father, and it won't go away. I've also talked to the grave digger again. I still get Daren saying he has to eliminate one other name. Can't get any close up. Help!! Thanks.

Does anybody have an answer/suggestion?

I'm hoping someone will help me?!!

Please do not stack postings or bump. Thanks.

If he has to eliminate one other name - then do so.
Have you checked the grave of William at the cemetery?

Yes, I've checked the "large" grave. How do I eliminate a name? Thanks, and sorry for stacking, didn't realize it.

BTW: Also noticed I didn't answer your question about the w/t. I'm using GB's.

Just a thought, Laurette - did you right click on the list in inventory to examine it?

If you can get new information from that you'll need to then speak to both the priest and the gravedigger again.

Yes, I looked at the list and talked to both afterward. Maybe I'll have to start from a different saved game. Thanks.

Looked at small grave and talked to more people. Am now progressing.

In Chapter III (cellar). Daren doesn't seem to notice the two missing letters. When I go to the computer, he just makes a comment about playing computer games. Help? Thanks.

Click on the post it note on the side of the monitor.
That clue will make you look for the password.
You look around (not Darren) and you will note the clue referred to by the post it note.

As for playing the game - you might have picked up the diskette left of the computer. Darren is referring to that.

I have seen (and read) the post-it note and did pick up the disc. I guess I'll try again.

Thanks.

Check the cabinet at far right.
Also click on wires on the floor.
Click the monitor itself after that and see what happens.

MaG: I started over from another saved game, checked everything and he still doesn't try or notice the missing letters and keeps talking about video games. (I have the gun/ammo, necklace).

So you know that the clue refers to that sign or the sign outside above the door of the building.

I'm sorry, but I don't know what you mean by "you" look around. I feel really stupid, but whenever I click on something, Darren talks. This is so frustrating.

I also looked at another w/t and says to combine smelling salt vial with chemistry book. I do that, but then it says "go upstairs." Don't see any way to go upstairs.

If nobody can help me, could I get a saved game at the working computer? Thank you!

Laurette,

When I mean you - you're seeing the screen. So you see what is on the screen as you play.
Click on the sign under the archway to know that it goes to the morgue.

Click on the computer and see if it asked for a password.
Enter the password stated in the walkthrough and go from there.

I have clicked on the sign and Darren says it says "rgue," When I click on the computer, he makes a comment about playing computer games. I can't get anywhere in this part.

MaG: You are going to be glad to hear the last of this! I didn't lock the cellar door - that's why I couldn't progress. Sorry for being a pain. Thanks for your time.

Okay...Am now in the labyrinth. It seems disappointing that such a large part (near end game) that this appears so difficult. On screen, you can't tell which room is which, which door is to what room, etc. I hate to ask for a save game at this point, but can't see how to do this - even with a w/t. Any help otherwise, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I enjoyed this puzzle.

You might write down a layout of the room and use it while playing.

Now, I've gotten to the empty sarcophagas. The w/t then states "go to room 2. Click on top right switch just outside of room 4." The diagram only shows up to room 3? ??? Thanks.

I've found another w/t which shows where each room is located. (don't get me wrong, GB would be lost without your w/t's). Sometimes I need a little bit more help!

lol The GB wt has 5 labyrinth pictures; each are labeled by rooms.
They are subdivided depending on where the text discuss the actions.

Please check it again, if you want. The more wts the better to get gamers understand the game.

MaG. I have both characters at the stone door but how do they get the door opened? My shadows are not in the same rooms that yours were but they are both locked in their perspective places.
"I'm gettin tired of getting got", help, let me out!
