That depends on whether or not you have to use the back door to go anywhere. If the front is crowded with guys bringing flowers, candy and copies of Leisure Suit Larry (those are the real dreamers), odds are you're dreamy, too. Gil.

Traveler -- sadly, that does not describe my front door. Chrissie -- I will continue dreaming that this increased attention will somehow result in a sequel. Dreamy graemlin. Well, sort of.

Hi all, I'm confused here. I bought both Syberia and Syberia II from Big Fish last October. Did they pull down Syberia and now they are offering it in 3 pieces? That makes no sense to me.
I see they are still offering Syberia II for sale.

If you previously bought it on BigFish you can still access the whole thing, but new purchasers will have to purchase in three parts. Ana

But do you understand that the Syberia you know and love was sliced into three different games, Parts 1,2, & 3, and will be sold for a total of $20.97 on BFG in that format?
That seems to be the arrangement between Anuman and Big Fish, and they plan to do the same with Syberia II.
BTW, after much negative feedback from its members, BFG decided to offer the "whole" game again for sale several days after posting "Syberia, Part One".

Babala, I moved you to the thread that announced what you said. Becky, they reinstated the old version which was a full version here. They are still selling Syberia I - Part 1 though. Ana

So you have the option of buying Either Syberia I Part I (same gameplay for a third of the original game, but a new tutorial), or for the same price buying the original version of the first Syberia, the full game, but without the tutorial?

Well, for such an old game, even IF a good one, that sounds rather like a money spinning exercise to me

Doesn't it just? There was much raging in the BF forums over selling an "old" game in three pieces when BF's motto is a "New Game Every Day!" They've been in hot water with members for recycling old games as new of late.
Benoit Sokal must be sobbing uncontrollably to see his masterpiece edited with a chainsaw.
BTW, the purpose of all this is so Syberia can be played on iOS. I can't imagine trying to squint at my iPhone to accomplish this.

Benoit has a close relationship with the developer who did this and is working on a new project with them (possibly Syberia 3). He gave them exclusive to the Syberia games.
